Marijn, has been really helpful with my very stupid questions - Supersaas I have discovered has tutorials (Wow) and they have been there all along...and still Marijn was patient!

This is the best online booking/scheduling system I have used. Simple to configure and operate. Been using it for years and it has never failed or broken or caused any issues.

If you're looking for a top class system Supersaas is the way to go.

So happy I found this company, the product with a bit of work can be tailored to function as you wish and look attractive too. I was particularly impressed by their technical support and dev team - I raised a query about how to customise something and before I knew it they contacted me to say they had literally added the feature in response! Absolutely love that, very nimble team who respond to feedback. Pricing much more competitive than competitors also allowing me to scale my business. Well done!

I have only recently signed up to SuperSaas for booking into my yoga classes. As a very small business, this software offered everything I needed and more! It was really easy to set up, it's easy to use and the customer service (Sonja - thank you!) is exceptional. Their user documentation is clear and easy, but Sonja allowed me to navigate to exactly the information I needed and offered answers to questions I hadn't even anticipated. And the cost is really competitive, it was the best solution for me and I would highly recommend.

Supersaas was an invaluable resource fir the years when I had an agency and even moreso later for online services. Highly recommended for it’s flexibility and functionality.

Werd bij een probleem heel snel geholpen. Klein nadeel was dat telefonisch contact niet mogelijk was, maar doordat het contact via de mail zo snel en soepel verliep was dat ook niet nodig.
Er werd goed meegedacht door verschillende mensen.

Al 2 keer contact opgenomen via de mail over het reserveringssysteem en 2 keer heel snel en netjes geholpen. Superfijne communicatie en er wordt goed mee gedacht. Ik ben heel tevreden.

Ik worstelde een beetje met supersaas, maar als je het doorhebt is het eigelijk heel logisch. De support is fantastisch, binnen een paar minuten antwoord, zelfs op zondag. Dank je wel!

Werkt bij ons niet in één keer, wel goed geholpen door de supportdesk (en dat 's avonds laat!!!) cool.

When COVID hit, we were forced to limit our capacity and require advance reservations for our Jazzercise classes. We tried a few different sign-up services and this was by far everyone's favorite!! It was so easy to use and the customer service is fantastic. Not that I ever want a repeat of 2020, but if we are forced to begin taking reservations again, we will absolutely use SuperSaaS.

SuperSaas is een fantastische systeem met geweldig service! Voor ons werd zo de overstap mogelijk van een papieren reserveringssysteem naar digitaal. Je kunt het goed personaliseren en inrichten naar jouw wensen. Kom je er niet uit? Met een mailtje naar de helpdesk heb je razendsnel een nuttig antwoord. Ze zijn vriendelijk en denken altijd met je mee.
In eerste instantie kozen we voor SuperSaas vanwege de aantrekkelijke prijs. We zouden er nu weer voor kiezen vanwege de goede service en het gebruiksgemak. Een dag zonder het reserveringssysteem van SuperSaas kunnen we ons niet meer voorstellen!

SuperSaas is perfect booking system! It has a lot of features I needed. I required some special functions as my business will be international. Althought English is my second language, I got always clear answers and instructions. I am very glad for the support I have from customer service. Versatile, flexible, simple, no-nonse, easy to customize to your needs and to launch - and very affordable, even for small businesses - it just works great. I was in charge of choosing and implementing a booking system for a smaller company, and basically tried and tested about 7 or 8 bookings systems, and SuperSaas was hands down the best. The company used SuperSaas ever since, and when I went into business for myself, I used it again, to handle all my meetings and bookings for lectures. Their help-desk and customer service is also very effective and helpfull. This is my go-to system for any kind of booking needs. Thank yoiu for an awesome product!

Zeer uitgebreid pakket, met alle gewenste faciliteiten voor effectief beheer van mijn coaching agenda. Klanten maken makkelijk en snel gebruik van mijn services. De extra mogelijkheden voor het maken van formulieren schelen enorm veel tijd bij registraties, en bieden de mogelijkheid directe feedback te vragen.
Door de auto-delete functie van formulieren voldoe je heel snel en eenvoudig aan de privacy wetgeving.
