Fraud. My booking KEIYQ7 was cancelled due Covid restrcitions, no penny was return. I have lost abt US$700. Avoid!

No stars wasn't a option. I have never done any business with these thieves.They stole $99.95 from my debit card. I can't wait to see the scumbags that did it on the evening news when they're caught.THIEVES, get a job and quit taking what everyone else works for!! Wish I could tell you how I really feel!!

If it was possible to rate as a -5 stars, I would. Charged my card $86.99 last month and a couple of days later, charged another $99.95!!! Tried to call the number on the statement, but disconnects after one ring. I have never received anything for the charges. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Scam! Fraud! Robbers!

Scam! They offer a pallet for $1.95 but charge you on $89.95. I'm trying to get my money back or transaction cancelled from Citibank credit card service.

It's nothing but a scam do not do it they tell you that you're gonna win from home depot or a $98 you get into a survey and you're gonna win a John Deere riding lawn mower then they go and take $89

This was nothing but a scam you took my checking account you took my debit card you charged me $89 which I did not approve did not get a confirmation number for so I had to go close down my checking account get all new checking accounts because you people are dumb bags and you would not return my money when I call this morning I asked the lady this morning if she could put the $89 back into my account because I have no confirmation she told me no that it that she would cancel it and they wouldn't charge me any more after this 1 what a message do not do it don't do it

Incredible Saver Fit they advertise a free shell gas card and they want $1.95 payment. Then they charge your acc. $89.95 without your authorization
. their No is 1-844-394-4779 and I was told they would refund half of it, finally after arguing with them , that they will credit my acc. after 7-10 business days I told them if I didn't receive my money back I would turn it into my bank as fraud, and believe me I will too !!!!

BE AWARE; AVOID !!

A star is too much, but less can not be given unfortunately.
It is not Danish company, but god knows where, as it looks, service desk somewhere in India !!
Bought 3 plane tickets for over 4000 Dkr, on.10.06, on.24.06 canceled. 25.06 after 1 1/2 hours waiting time, we actually got someone on the phone and even though we had to get one in Danish, we were forwarded to someone in not so good English. There we were promised that we will get the money back, but that we will have to wait until the end of August. We have not had other options so we had to say yes to it. After that we received an email with confirmation and that they will deduct an additional 30 euros in fee so we can get our money back. Complete gak! i.e. that supersaver do not know when it will be replaced, they say it is not up to them, but still they take 30 Euro just for fun. GREAT !!!
Now it's 03.09 and we still have not got our money back, but every 1st and 15th of the month we get an email that they are on the case and that we should not contact them! ??
Now there is no more, but we have to pass the matter on either to the Consumer Council or just sue them, as we do not know when we will get the money back.
Avoid them at all costs, do not buy there.
Have called and waited 2 hours and 50 minutes to get something to talk to. There are no Danish-speaking people as they say, but I do not know Swedish or Norwegian. They have told me that they are sorry and that there is an unknown estimate of when I will get my money back. Have just sent a complaint to the Danish Transport, Housing and Construction Authority and we will see what happens ...

UPDATE: After complain to my bank, we got money back on 29.09, but there is missing 30 Euros. We go further with our bank to get this back as well.

SUPERSAVER SALES FLIGHTS WITH JUST 38 MINUTES TRANSIT. UNBELIEVEABLE
THE COMPLAINT
26-03-2018 We have made a booking at Supersaver.nl. the journey starts Sunday, April 22, 2018 from Cali Colombia, then Bogota there is a transfer, but this is only 38 minutes to switch aircraft and go along the Duane.

We found out here because we had called KLM for another call and they indicated that the transfer time was not right and that we would never make the switch. Then contacted Supersaver. these conversations were in English, because the service desk is in India. their English is not really understood by the way. Also called with Supersaver in Spain with which you could communicate better, but still found no solution. We have mailed many times with the answer tomorrow tomorrow, tomorrow and if we wanted to pay the rebooking for an amount around € 1000. This while their own mistake. in a last message they said that there was nothing wrong with our transfer and that we could fly without problems. . This was denied by KLM itself who sent an internal mail to the travel agent Supersaver with the request to rebook our booking. Just called again with Supersaver and they indicate that the transfer time is indeed too tight, but do not want to confirm this via the mail. In any case, we will be informed no later than today whether they will change flight or not. The case was further dealt with by the technical department after I was furious for a solution requirement. Now they say that indeed the flight will change to a flight from Avianca that departs at 12:08 pm, but that they will receive confirmation from this department.
It is now Friday 16:15 and they close in 45 minutes. I hope they they will take responsability.
I am already losing hundreds of euros in call costs, calling a week every day for at least 20 minutes at a time.
Bad bad bad.
PS: records all conversations, because they do not want to confirm anything by email.

KLM and LAN airlines claim nothing for us and that the problem must be resolved by the travel agent Supersaver. There is a message from KLM to Supersaver with the request to change the flight
THE SOLUTION
My desired solution is the rebooking of the first flight Cali Bogota with a normal transfer time of at least 2 hours and on the same day of April 22, 2018 at no extra cost for us. We travel with a baby of 1 year and you do not want to experience bad things.

Vermelde korting niet gekregen, geen antwoord op mail

Onlangs reis geboekt naar Colombo.We kregen een scherm te zien met een prijs van 528 euro ipv..548 (was doorstreept).Bij het boeken kwam enkel de hoogste prijs en de korting van 20 euro/pers. hebben we niet gekregen. 's Anderdaags gemaild (normale link naar mailadres werkt niet! Hebben het via 'betalingen' verstuurd, bevestiging hiervan gekregen maar nooit een antwoord.Telefonisch contact is in Finland!
Moesten ook 16 (!) euro kosten betalen voor Masterkaart terwijl ze geen andere optie geven om te betalen vanuit België. Nicole en René

Credit Card Scam

Supersaver runs multiple websites under its own name or under the name Seat24. My credit card has been charged without my authorization. I contacted them within two days to cancel all unauthorized transactions. They asked for booking number which I did not have since I am not the one who booked anything. They refused to search with my name and card details and said I should go to the police. BE AWARE. In my opinion, this is a FRAUDULENT COMPANY. I am available to provide evidence if you have any objection.
