I am very happy I came across this website. It saved my life! I spent one month trying to book an appointment through the Italian embassy website with zero success. I even sent them an email and try to call them, nothing. Mark managed to get me an appointment very fast. He also was very helpful and quick to answer my emails and questions! Incredible service.
I wasn't able to get a visa at the Italian consulate in NYC indefinitely, despite my trip being 3 months away. I spoke to Mark who was super transparent and guaranteed my money back should his AI tech not be able to get me an appointment. 3 DAYS LATER he managed to get me an appointment within the dates I requested. I truly couldn't believe it. I tried almost every minute of every day to snag an appointment, but could not, and this AI tech did!! So grateful to Mark and Supervisas.
