We ordered 28 UPVC window handles
We ordered 28 UPVC window handles, the handles were lovely and competitive in pricing when we looked around. One of the handles did get damaged in transit but I believe this to have been a delivery driver issue.
Spoke to the customer service team who sent out a replacement handle the same day, was really impressed.

Great to deal with
Really impressed with these guys, used them a couple of times and orders are always spot on and arrive quickly. Had to return some bits last time (my fault not theirs) and returns process was simple too which is always a bonus. Definitely would recommend.

Web site very easy to navigate, good prices for window handle upgrades. I purchased 27 in total and very happy with the goods and delivery, thank you.
I highly recommend this company and will certainly order from again in the near future. Now I'm off to explore their web site more !!

First & foremost a big thank you to Jessica, for her tenacity in resolving an awkward situation.
We had an initial hiccup with our order in that we did not receive our full order at once. But that was quickly resolved & received our order by the next working day, to keep the project on track.
Unfortunately one of our boards was damaged, possibly in transit, & again this was resolved the same afternoon & we received a new board the next working day. Truly outstanding!
As a business owner who serves the public, the care & support I was shown throughout the process was truly outstanding!
