After years of gut problems I decided to do an intolerance test, I only wish I'd done it 30 years ago. The best bit of this service is the aftercare, I was a bit overwhelmed with my results but through thorough reporting, helpful tips, meal plans and, best of all, a consultation with Keiran I feel much more confident that I am well informed to make the changes to help. I was also able to email Keiran with a couple of questions I forgot to ask. Fantastic service, highly recommended.

After much deliberating between the main testing sources… chose Supply Life as my preffered choice. After months of fear, worry & discomfort and big reaction I decided to order a test kit simple test and received results … wow my go to DAILY grab lunch healthy option was making me very very uncomfortable. 1 week later sticking to test result advice and a follow up phonecall from lovely ANGELINA I am feeling so much better !! For me who knew allll about healthy food 🥴. This is quite a revelation but a huge improvement already. Missing foods. Yes but it’s not for ever hopefully. Intolerances - need to cut out and slowly reintroduce some foods according to Supply Life great guidelines HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone with digestive issues / causing fatigue / body aches / bloating etc etc

I've found the tests results fascinating and they confirm what I suspected I was intolerant to....and more! My meal plan has been useful but it was great to talk to Jasmine about how to manage the various intolerances without it dictating my social life! She identified specific swaps and explained some of the things I was really unsure about. it was a really useful 15 mins.

Excellent advice. The results were really interesting. This has given me a new goal to achieve, cutting out Dairy! Never would have thought it!

I've gone from a mouth breather to a nose breather (this is good!) . After finding out my results I immediately stopped those foods and got replacement foods put in their place.

She was spot on and answered all my questions and gave me added value information to make my life even better. She was fantastic. Very easy and quick. Results presented so well and easy to understand. I feel so much better eliminating the foods I react to after just a few days. Migraines, fatigue, joint pain and dry, itchy skin all improved. Hair texture improved after cutting out dairy, gluten, egg whites and rice.
