An answer to my prayers! Abby was amazing, she gave me the confidence to launch a fundraiser for my daughter. There was also an amazing database of grants to apply for. Using Support Now as a platform made receiving gifts and help easy at no cost. I am so grateful. Thank you.

We were so incredibly thankful to have a platform like SupportNow as an option to help navigate the last several months with our infant in the ICU.

The user experience and site is very fluid and easy to use (especially for someone not super tech savvy like myself!), and it was great to have everything in one place. We had several family members and friends who simply wanted to help in some way or another, but just didn't know how to. SupportNow makes it easy for people to help in several different ways. Not only can you give daily and weekly updates where people can follow your story, but there are several additional features you can use. Friends can help in various ways like signing up for meal trains, signing up for various tasks (that you can customize. For instance we added things like play dates with our other child), or donating funds to help with Hospital bills or things like Doordash/Uber eats gift cards.

We were very happy to discover a platform like SupportNow and would highly recommend it to other families who may be going through a difficult time. Any platform that can help take some stress off your plate during tough times is a win in my book

Abby is very knowledgeable in grants and fundraising. She was very helpful in showing me where to get started and the things I needed to get started and she is very pleasant to speak with.

SupportNow is a phenomenal tool that provides so many ways to organize assistance when times get tough. We have been so grateful for their platform being our home base and keeping everything organized in one place. Honestly, the stand-out thing that has made using SupportNow such a great experience, is the staff. They are empathetic to your situation, easily accessible and responsive to questions, receptive to suggestions, and it really does feel like they are teammates with you, linking arms and working toward the same goal. So often, reaching out to customer support can be a frustrating experience, but that is NOT the case with the SupportNow staff - they are top of the game in what they do, and that is what makes all the difference. The one thing I will say about this company that no other company or platform does is if you reach out to customer service with an issue and then happen to come back to customer service another day, you will get the same person speaking with you. That is very convenient, and also, something I've never thought of before when it comes to customer service... but I thoroughly enjoyed the experience!! They were very helpful, kind and courteous.

I can't say enough about this company . We had a devastation health issue and I'm not a tech savvy person and I found this site easy to use and organized everything in one place. I can't imagine trying to take care of everything individually. Scott was so helpful with all my questions and even checked in on how we were doing. I hope that no one has to go through trying times but if you do this site takes many of the stressful thing an off for you. Supportnow has been a GOD send and we can't say thank you enough

SupportNow was absolutely amazing. Especially Nicole. She made it incredibly easy to create a support page for my family member who was really sick. She took the time to answer my questions and talk me through the process. All of our loved ones couldn’t wait to read the updates everyday. Their website is very user friendly and I got multiple compliments on how users like this platform better than competitors. As a family, we liked SupportNow because we weren’t charged a fee and received all of our donations promptly. I will recommend SupportNow over and over again!

My friend sent the site up for me to receive funds. I lost my home to hurricane Helene. I could not figure out how to sign in for myself. And I never received funds. I want the money people donated to go back to them. It is impossible to contact support now to even get help.

Easy to implement and far more targeted than traditional 501c3s. Allowing recipients to determine how, when and where funds can be redirected, or directly accepted, is a great idea to pinpoint assistance.

I found the experience to be enormously simple and optimized and intuitive. And it seems to anticipate user preferences and puts them at the "click-able fingertips."
