Stay clear of these absolute joke of a business, didn't tell me they had changed my order due to no stock and on the day of delivery didn't turn up and then refused to help when they had ample time to do so.

Great communication, Great service, Great products. Most of all great price 👍 I ordered 20 mm gravel stones for my driveway . 3 x 850kg ...

Was a delivery issue but Ian kept intouch with me via email and honestly one day late is neither here or there.

The stones look amazing and no silly little messy bits in the bottom of the bags....

So impressed we have ordered more... Our delivery driver Robert was such a great guy ...

Reviews are typically for negative experiences or really positive ones. Mine was negative. I had an issue with an order as a few sheets were damaged. It took 3 weeks to resolve this, every time I contacted it was a different person and I started from scratch, pictures were lost, internal communication was nonexistent. In the end I drove to the actual supplier as this company just uses others and it was resolved in 5 minutes. There didn't seem to be good internal communication, my issue had to go to the supplier for them to ok even though I purchased from this company. I was repeatedly told they'd take care of things and then I had to start from scratch.

If you get a good order without issues then I'm sure they're great. If you have an issue get ready for a lot of time back and forth as phones don't work, emails aren't looked at so it's just a chat system. I'm staying away in the future as it's not worth the risk should I have another issue... Or ensue you pay via PayPal so they can chase and stop a payment when there's an issue

Shit company ordered stuff said could not go up street 7.5t road limit I give them alternate address on main rd still say that can’t deliver to that area regards to they have a 18 t lorry all main rd take much more weight than that waste of time

This is the 1st time I’ve used this company I ordered and paid online they gave me a delivery date for a few days time which I changed to a date I was off they confirmed this the following day it arrived on that day at 09.30 the driver was a local firm he off loaded the 20mm shingle bulk bag where I need it very pleased with the service I had been given by all will definitely use again and have already recommended to a friend of mine who will be placing an order at some point 5 star service many thanks JW East Sussex

Communication with them is nearly impossible, they never answer phone and you can not leave a message. Half of my order was delivered but second part was cancelled by them and refund issued. Very unreliable, will not use again.

They take your money and after that no communication at all, deadlines missed multiple times! Absolutely horror experience, please avoid!

Supreme Merchants aren't a supplier, they get other companies to fulfil orders leading to mistakes, confusion and chaos.

I can't count the ways they messed up 2 simple orders, but the worst part is the terrible communication. As they coordinate through other companies who fulfil the orders, it's so slow and chaotic.

I haven't received my items at the agreed, nor rescheduled dates. And it's all due to be arriving in the wrong order now, against what I paid for.

Yeah never again.

Second time I have used Supreme Merchants. Excellent prices considering free delivery over a certain price. There was a no show on the delivery day, but their customer support is so fast and helpful in responding that it took any bad feeling out of the situation. They use 3rd party suppliers, and it was one of these who let me and Supreme Merchants down. They instantly found a different supplier and even chased them for me on request to let me know they were an hour away. I would definitely use them in the future for a third time, and have no hesitation in recommending them. Their support is excellent, unlike many businesses out there

I'm giving this rating as everything they said they could do they did flawlessly communication was some times slow but that could of been down to me being impatient, I will be defiantly using these again and recommending them to to everyone I know in the building trade, keep up the good work.

I ordered 10 lengths at 2.4m long and 10 lengths at 3.6m long. Items were delivered by a completely different company and I received 15 length 4.8m long. Not what I ordered, more work I don't need with items that are really too long for me to manage

Excellent, hassle free service. Placed and paid for order with instructions for delivery, arrived as promised on time. Wish all supplier's were as easy to do business with.
