Great customer service
The person I spoke to on the phone (Paul) was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. This is my 2nd policy with Platinum Gap and previously held policies with their sister company so returning customer because of the customer service.

Platinum gap helped me with a claim process with my car insurance company after an accident and then helped me to take out another policy for my new.car . They also refunded.money on the old policy which I wasn’t expecting .
