Insurance was ok but only one provider…
Insurance was ok but only one provider accepted this plan in my area. I had to change dentistry from office I had been going to for 20 years. I recently moved out of state and no providers accept this insurance after a 140 mile radius check by SureBridge representative. I had to cancel my insurance

I was able to get re-insured without problems after my initial policy canceled. Ester Rivera detailed the difference between the policy I had and a new policy option that was available.

I called customer service because I was having an issue signing in to my account. I do not sign in very often so there are times that when I do sign in there have been updates. The customer service associate that I spoke with was very helpful and was able to help me get in to my account very quickly.

I asked for claim forms and was m they would email and send in the mail. It has been a week and haven't received either way. Can't get in website because of a portal change.
