Do Not Purchase SureMembers

I would give SureMembers zero stars if I could. The platform is awful. You have to add SureCart and SureTriggers, which is really OttoKit. Nothing flows. My memberships and purchase flow are a mess. I'm absolutely at a loss. Their tutorials are out of date. Their customer support is awful unless you like interacting with chatbots that report that they are offline, or you like waiting three days for email responses. I definitely do not recommend SureMembers

SureCart (for payments)

I emailed them before buying to see if the plugin was going to be able to help and it did. It's working great so far. It has the features I needed and the support has been top class. I look forward on connecting it with SureCart and Presto Player for my web developing needs.
