Excellent customer service with startup. User friendly program.

My rep Alexandria was very responsive at first but once I sent her an email to cancel she stop responding. I emailed her 3x still no response. I will never use this service in the future.

I had no idea how to run payroll. I originally enrolled in QuickBooks and never got it properly set up. I’m still getting automated errors from their engineering team that they’re still working on it. I canceled it and went running to Sure Payroll. My support specialist walked me through it. I’ve now processed two months of payroll without stress, hours on the phone or errors.

Don't use them if you want to trust them to file your taxes. They messed up my state taxes terribly. I used another service and had zero issues. They were no help when I called customer services. I had to go in and do it myself.

I am happy with the professional customer support and the price is cost effective compared to other platforms that offer the same service.

The big item for me is the personal support that has been received from the initial setup of the payroll to the slow but ongoing setup of state tax accounts. I have always gotten a quick response and have been put in touch with the individual who had the knowledge to resolve my issue.

I urgently needed payroll data from 2021 for an employee. I called customer care, and Melissa took the call and spent 30 minutes trying to:
1. Understand my issue.
2. Check and then send the exact information I needed.
3. Bent over backwards to get me the documents and offered to do additional work if I needed.
I've rarely seen this level of customer support

23 years of using Sure Payroll. It will not be 24 years. One star review should be evaluated. My wife inputs the payroll every Wednesday. She is very meticulous and does not make errors. We received a text at 7:58 am on Friday (2 days later) that payroll did not go through. We called them immediately and representative on phone assured us it was a mistake and would be expedited. At 5:00 pm several employees approached and questioned when they would be paid by direct deposit. We called them again and was assured by 6:00 pm. At 7:30 we called again and represenative on phone exclaimed "Expedited" would delay payment. Explained to them it was confirmed on Wednesday. Asked for "manager" on site and were told she was the only person at Rochester office and no manager was unavailable. I than called Wells Fargo customer service who confirmed the only money expedited was a $133.00 fee for quote"Expediting"! I realize I'm a small business with only 18 employees but most of my payroll goes to individuals who depend on payment every Friday morning. I am appalled at the customer service. I will go on Monday to Wells Fargo and withdraw money for my employees. This company is "AWFUL". You can look up my reviews at Vision City Of Arlington on my business and see for yourself who is telling the truth.

No one knows what they are doing. Went thru at least 4 people and a year to do an entity change and it is all wrong. Had to send supporting docs at least three times and they still screwed it all up. VERY dissatisfied

I am giving 4 stars because the 2 pm deadline for submitting payroll is unduly constraining. Also, direct deposit takes 2 full days to hit account. That is longer than other providers.
