We have conducted extensive research on our local and national competitors services and fees. Our fees are the lowest locally and among the lowest nationally.
Furthermore, we did not provide you with a quote for the services you may require, we also do not know what services you require to be able to provide you with a quote. We are shocked that we received a 1 star review based on pricing.
One of the many benefits of working with Suretax, is that all our clients who have a monthly ongoing service with us have access to their own dedicated accountant 9am - 7pm seven days of the week.

There could not be a more ideal way to…
There could not be a more ideal way to describe my experience with Suretax, other than a service that is entirely customer-centred. They quickly picked up on the pressures I faced completing a house purchase within weeks, and did not relent with their responsiveness, effort and diligence, until the work was completed to the highest of standards. It is hard to find services these days that are highly responsive (responding with urgency to any queries, and sometimes, out of hours), dependable (taking the initiative to contact others on your behalf etc), as well as down-to-earth and amicable with their approach, managing to turn tension to ease and financial confusion to order with a combination of reassurance and professionalism. Its really hard to find services these days that show these combination of qualities, and I would not hesitate in recommending them to any individual or business seeking advice and support with any of their financial circumstances.

I hired Suretax services to do my tax return for the current financial year. With everything going on in the world for the past year and a half I was worried about how to do my tax return and possible changes. Suretax employees were very knowledgeable and informed me about everything I need to be doing and did my tax return. They were friendly and very effective.
