Patrik at SurfNow sold me one large ...approx EUR6K...order and sold my friend a larger order with reasonable efficiency. However, that was about a year ago. 3 months ago, I ordered about EUR4.5K more kit, he has been a huge disappointment. Maybe he is a thief....Maybe he's just disorganised and over his head. Strange that he has delivered part of the order, made 3 months ago...but now gives flimsy, badly-written one-liners as to where the rest of the kit is. Will report back on which way this one goes.

Stay away! It is a scam. They are using people passion for Watersports to scam them. I got scammed few years back and didn’t realized that they claim on this site that they paid me back which is part of their scam. Actually, they never pay me back.

They took my order, took my money (circa €500) and not only failed to deliver, refused to make a refund. Fraudulent trading comes to mind- infuriating that their website host, Shopify, have no complaints process suitable else we could get the website closed. Thankfully I paid by VISA and managed to time my claim right and had the costs refunded by VISA.

I also have a bad experience with this shop. I ordered and paid the goods that I have never received. They cancelled the order as the goods had not been on stock but the money hasn't been returned. It has been already 2 years. As I am not the only one it seems this is repeatedly done on purpose.

I ordered wet suits there a couple months ago because I couldn't find them in another shop. I got a confirmation that my products were shipped but according to the shipping company they never got the goods. Interaction with the shop is difficult, I got lousy one-line responses. They claimed the shipping company made a mistake, sent me another confirmation with a different postal service, but no tracking number. After asking again I got a tracking number, this time a number which is incorrect. I was not seeing the bad reviews here otherwise I would not have ordered... it seems the shop is a scam and they actually do not sell the materials they have listed. Am now trying to get my money back via my credit card company, maybe Master Card can block them.

Bought Duotone Surfboard and ION 6/5 wetsuit and few more stuff.

Sometimes orders took a bit longer than anticipated but everything was smooth, good prices and communication.

My recent order experience with surfnow.eu for a Duotone wing and board was nothing short of exceptional. Everything went smooth. Also great support from them as i am beginner in winging.Just need to test it on water:)

Yo me estoy perdiendo la temporada por confiar en estos tontitos; compré el 27 de septiembre y llevo esperando 5 semanas a que me envíen un paquete con varios artículos a Chile y me dicen que ya aceptaron el pedido y que su equipo de ventas ya debería haberme informado sobre el estado y shipping number de mi paquete porque hubo un hito el 18 de octubre... pero no hay nada. Dicen que son rápidos y que en 7 días todo está listo... no lo crean.
El teléfono de contacto no funciona; el correo tampoco. solo funciona el chat al que se accede desde google. Tal vez venta directa son buenos... TAL VEZ!

Placed order on 9 of September. After two months of delay (as they did not have it in their store and had to order from the supplier) and a lot of emails the order was shipped by ordinary post on 6 of November (when I submitted the order I paid for DHL). Tracking number was not provided.
On 23 of November they said that my package was lost by post. Finally it was shipped by DHL and I received it on 28 of November. So it took almost 3 months to get it.
I do not recommend to deal with this shop. .

Like many others I can only say: STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. They do not send your items, answer you mails and they just keep your money.

Only when I made an objection via my credit card company, was the amount refunded. 2.5 months have passed since then, with a lot of unanswered emails and empty promises about both repayment and cancellation of the order. I'm just glad I paid with my credit card so they could help me get my money back! I still would never recommend using this site!

More than a month since I have palced my order, only one of the items has arrived, only bacause I've started chasing them 20 days after the acctual order was placed.
Still waiting for two more Items.
I have asked for a refund on couple of occasions but no reply.
Please stay away from this online retailer.

My experience with Surfnow.eu has been an absolute nightmare. I made a purchase two years ago, and to this day, I have not received the product. After countless excuses and unfulfilled promises, I decided to cancel my order. However, even after canceling, the store has failed to refund my money. Their customer service is unhelpful and seems more interested in keeping my money than resolving the issue. I strongly advise against using Surfnow.eu and urge others to avoid the frustration and disappointment I have endured.

It is totally worthless company. I have ordered and paid for two ION products until the 6th of February. These products were supposed to be available according to your site. Unfortunately after one month of delay their response was that they have to reorder from the supplier because of lack of. Since the end of March the delay was due to the false delivery of the goods - also there is no any tracking number to guarantee that the goods have been sent. Until now my order has not been sent , and every Monday they promise to fix the problem with the post office. Also I ask for refund and they always avoid , on the other hand they promise for an extra discount for a next order . I totally stay out from this shop the guys are totally unprofessional and my opinion the business is a fraud.

i ordered 1 item in october 2022, payed of it and till now have nothing. Life chat bot promise me to solve the problem but it's just a words on a screen. Possible I will involve the police in this matter.

I highly do not recommend this e-shop. On 25. 7. I ordered and PAID the goods. Then it turned out they didn't have it in stock. I have been trying to get the refund for 6 months. Unfortunately, no one has been even responding lately. A trustworthy e-shop does not behave like this. Do NOT order anything there. I have found out too late that I am not the only one to encounter such a problem.

I was very reluctant to buy from this shop, considering come of the negative reviews here, especially since it had a great price (for the Duotone D-Lab wing, which is a premium product). Glad to say communication was great, price was great, shipping time was great (to Romania), so I personally would defiantly buy again. Only hindrance was that online I could apply a voucher as well, although the price was already good, and they told me that they can't make that extra discount and that it's a bug of the site that I am allowed to apply that voucher, but offered to give me another item (in my case, some fairly expensive gloves, which are welcomed), so I'm still a happy customer for sure. Anyway, very local shop feel with good prices and customer support in my view.
