Grossartiger Shop und super transparente Kommunikation. Habe bis jetzt alles per Mail bestellt, für Kitematerial mein absoluter Lieblingsshop.

Im letzten Jahr hatte ich bei den Piraten schon 2 Cabrinha Kite‘s gekauft und war super zufrieden.
Schnelle Lieferung, alles perfekt.
Im Mai 2020 hatte ich mit dem 9er Kite Dichtigkeitsprobleme = 3 Fotos vom Blaader eingeschickt und ruckzuck war ein neuer sogar mit kostenlosen Einbauangebot da. Inzwischen bin ich dort Stammkunde und würde dem Kundenservice am liebsten 6 Sterne geben. Der Shop ist im Gegensatz zu einen anderen in Düsseldorf (irgendetwas mit Liebe😂)

Always a bit dubious when buying from somewhere new and these guys being in a different country added to that. But emailed them ahead of time to confirm stocks on a sale item and was very quick to respond. Ignoring the weekend order was with me in 3 days which you cannot complain about. Well packed and no hassle. Happy customer.

Kiteschirm bestellt - falsche Farbe ist geliefert worden - Rückversand musste ich trotzdem selber tragen weil sonst laut eigener Ausssage "eine Miese gemacht wird" - sehr schlechter Service - für mich kein Shop in dem ich erneut bestellen würde

All good. I called them on the phone before purchasing to confirm if the kite was available . I had to wait 1 week time but that is Ok for me.The parcel tracked online. Will buy in future there. Very good prices. Ciao

This is the second time I am a customer of surfpirates.de. Very fast delivery to Portugal (ordered Wednesday, arrived Friday), well packaged, received in perfect condition, excellent deal. Recommended.

First order, got wrong thing sent to me, gee. Second order was fine. Third order, they tried to sell me something they didn't actually have, getting money back for the thing they didn't have + correct amount of VAT from other items took me almost a month. Writing countless e-mails doing all the math for them etc. Waiting and then waiting again, and then again. Sorry but that's a bit too much.

Ich bin extra aus Köln angereist um auf dem Weg nach Fehmarn dort diverses Equipment für´s Windsurfen zu kaufen. Ich hatte bevor ich losfuhr gefragt bis wann der Laden offen sei. Mir wurde gesagt bis 18 30 Uhr, aber wenn ich ein paar Minuten später eintreffen würde, wäre das auch kein Problem. Ich hatte um 18 Uhr nochmals angerufen und gesagt, dass es knapp werden könnte. Wieder wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass sei kein Problem. Um 18 29 Uhr stand ich vor verschlossener Tür, da kam mir echt verarscht vor!
