I've been a customer for many years and Surfroam has never let me down in countless countries. As soon as the wheels are down ready for landing I'm switching it on so that it's ready before I get off the aircraft. As far as I can tell their usp is that the data doesn't expire. Help if needed has always been lightening fast.

My Surfroam experience
I travel for work every month outside of Europe and having data available has been a huge improvement in terms of freedom, security and productivity.
I have always had good service with Surfroam during the years I have been with them.
And I would like to emphasize how helpful, kind and quick their customer service has been when I've needed them, such as when I've lost my phone or found myself in a country with specific limitations on using data.

Surfroam is amazing
Surfroam was great! I love how quick and easy it was to download but also use. Very quick connection, and didn’t need to worry about it when I got into a new country.
No mucking around with things, just turn off Aeroplane Mode and it connected straight away. Thank you sir I loved it

Lamentable. Hace más de 3 años pedí una sim física no.me llego nunca. Reclame y no hicieron caso me quedé sin tarjeta y sin dinero. Hoy casi 4 años después se ponen en contacto conmigo otra vez para revisar el caso. Me piden los datos de envío el numero de envío... Un desastre. Por mi trabajo viajo mucho uso través staff esim nada que ver todo muy bien

Sospechamos que se trata de un intento de estafa (phishing) de terceros que se hacen pasar por nosotros.
