No returns!
This company sells items but refuses to provide labels for assistance with returns. It deliberately makes it impossible. Guessing most people just accept the loss.

Fast and decent service
Fast and decent service. Bought an Arcadia belt and love it. didnt have any contact with the company or reps but got what i bought in a few days.

Non-existent customer service
The product was great aswell as the price, however communication with the company was non-existent. I never got a dispatch email to know that my order was on its way, only an order confirmation. When I was concerned where my order was (as I got an email saying it should have been delivered by now) I was worried and emailed the company three times asking for a tracking number. I never heard back from them. The delivery ended up coming and as mentioned I am happy with the product but disappointed in the service and lack of communication.

We have made contact with you regarding the lack of communication - you have highlighted an issue with our order confirmation emails that we were not aware of so we thank you for that.
We are unsure why we never received any of the 3 emails you sent and have asked you for copies of these so that we can look into this further.
We are however really pleased that you are happy with the product.

Pair of shorts delivered quickly and as described- really nice but sadly too small for me. Returned for a refund without any problems.
