Customers can collect their order free of charge from our warehouse in the beautiful village of Kirdford, West Sussex or We offer delivery throughout the UK. We are able to help our customers identify and source any ceiling tiles or grid they may require even if it is not listed on our website. We aim to exceed our customers expectations with a friendly and efficient shopping experience. We are also able to provide a supply and fit service for Suspended Ceilings and Commercial and residential floors, including Luxury Vinyl tiles (e.g. Karndean), Carpets and Vinyl and safety flooring. Very helpful both on the telephone and when visiting in person. Were very flexible regarding purchase and made additional suggestions which helped us decide which product to purchase. Would thoroughly recommend them.

Wow! Incredible customer service.
I was looking for a box of ceiling tiles to match the ones in our office that were installed in 2007. Debbie and Lisa were brilliant from start to finish and treated my order like it was for several thousand tiles for a huge office development. The tiles we had were no longer manaufactured but they tracked down a really close match and even though supplies were limited across the UK, had a box delivered for us within a few days. Thanks to you both for a great purchasing experience.

I would highly recommend Surrey ceiling tiles, I rang up to request tiles to match our existing tiles which are very hard to find, Lisa was extremely efficient and came straight back to me with the perfect match! the order was processed and the tiles were delivered the same day. Couldn’t be more helpful
Really great team. I needed more of existing ceiling tiles and I wasn’t sure what I the product was and they helped me identify and locate the right amount of what I needed. Couldn’t have been more helpful and good value I thought too. 10/10
