I have had several house survey reports in my lifetime and this one is by far the most comprehensive and useful. The report arrived within a few days and was an extensive document with photographs and detailed descriptions of issues and likely causes. This was a great reassurance as this is the first time I have bought a property overseas.

We wanted a survey on an apartment purchase in San Roque. Our agent suggested we use Survey Spain.
They responded very quickly to our enquiry, give clear options and their communication was first class.
From initial enquiry to survey being carried out was 4 days. Our 44 page report was issued 3 working days after the surveyor visited. The report was very detailed and we are using the information contained in it to get work carried out before purchase, which will save us a few thousand Euros.

Very thorough valuation (80 pages) when we needed an independent opinion. it was completed in very short time even though was around Easter time. Quickly Answered additional questions we had. Recommended!

What everyone was telling us, including lawyers, was that in Spain 'you buy as is' and that didn't quite sit well with us. A very comprehensive report providing a lot of information which is very useful, in particular I liked the comment at the end which gave the assessors own opinion of changes they would make to the layout if they were buying the property.
I have gone back with some queries earlier today and await a response, but if the report is anything to go by, they will be able to answer my queries quite easily

We had a great experience with these guys - they were responsive to our initial request for a survey and, upon payment, scheduled the survey within a day or so.

The report itself was sufficient for our purposes and as described. We had initial findings within a day of the survey and the full report within 7 days and was comprehensive.

We needed an English-speaking surveyor and these guys were able to deliver a full English report with English support afterwards - invaluable for someone who is poor in Spanish!

Survey Spain helped us through the process of buying our first property in Spain. No problem was too much trouble and they gave us excellent advice and a first rate service throughout. They are a must use if you are British and buying in Spain.

We're in the process of buying a property at a distance and when we learnt that the current owner was at the property, when we contacted Survey Spain to see if it was possible to arrange a survey, they responded really quickly and had arranged the survey within a couple of days and the surveyor (who the seller said was very professional and thorough) was there practically the next day. A quick outline report arrived less than two days later and the final, very detailed, report arrived around a week later. Would very happily use their service again.
