Excellent service from start to finish brilliant just brilliant!!

The whole process was quick, simple and very professional. The report was easy to understand, well presented and gave me confidence before moving forward. Great communication and fast turnaround. I’d definitely recommend Survlex to anyone looking for a clear and reliable property survey review.

Stopped me from making a very expensive mistake.

I nearly exchanged without really understanding what was in my survey. A colleague mentioned Survlex and I decided to give it a go. Turns out there were two issues I’d completely glossed over — one of them would have cost serious money to fix. Can’t recommend it enough.

Clear, fast and no waffle

Straightforward from start to finish. Sent the PDF and got a proper summary back without having to chase. No jargon, no padding — just the important stuff laid out clearly. Does exactly what it says.

Used the report to negotiate money off - 100% worth it

My Level 3 came back at 112 pages. I'm not a builder, I'm not a surveyor, I just wanted to know if the house was worth buying.
Survlex broke it down into something I could actually act on.
Ended up going back to the vendor on two of the bigger issues. Really glad I used it.

Finally understood what my surveyor actually mean

Honestly didn’t expect much when I sent the PDF over — I just knew I couldn’t make sense of the survey on my own. What came back was genuinely helpful. Everything explained in plain English, the dodgy bits flagged clearly, costs all in one place. Wish I’d known about this on my first purchase
