Susan James Meals Avis 

We decided to use Susan James Meals to encourage my mother to eat more substantially and make life easier after my father passed. The two week menu choice is superb with option to change meals.
The meals are extremely good, fresh and great value. She looked forward to seeing her lovely delivery driver Michael who made her smile every day with his consistent kind and cheerful visits. I really cannot thank him and this company enough for the delicious meals they provided to my mother who has sadly now passed. It gave me peace of mind knowing she was going to receive a nutritional meal she didnt have to cook.
My MIL also uses them and says they are life savers! I highly recommend this wonderful company and the service they provide.

Living so far away, it gives us real peace of mind knowing he’s getting a hot meal each day.

Although he doesn't always eat them when they're delivered, as his appetite isn't what it was, they are suitable to be reheated & eaten later in the day
He is especially enjoying the desserts 🍨 😊

Every day, my parents enjoy delicious and warm meals that are freshly prepared. The wide range of options available is fantastic. I strongly suggest trying it out.

Was a little worried initially about getting meals delivered to my elderly mother but SJM were fantastic. A great choice of menu’s, reasonable prices and delivery always on time with a quick chat to ensure all was ok with her.

After a spell in hospital, my mum was unable to cook for herself. I contacted Susan James Meals and they stepped in immediately and delivered freshly cooked meals on a daily basis. Easy to deal with and very flexible, their friendly and reliable service helped mum on her road to recovery and I am very grateful for their support.

My uncle was discharged from hospital and was unable to cook while he was in recovery. We used Susan James meals for several weeks. Meals always on time and of good quality. A reliable, friendly company to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone that requires hot meals to be delivered.

While having no access to my kitchen when it was being refurbished I was reliant on Susan James Meals for hot lunches delivered to my door on a timely basis. I couldn’t have asked for a better service. Susan James Meals were friendly, punctual and flexible with their availability and menus. But most important of all was the quality of the food. Each meal consisted of a main course and dessert – absolutely delicious each time! Value for money was unbeatable. We have used Susan James meals for my 95 year old Mother In Law for the pasted few months.
The meals are always arrived home cooked piping hot and tasty.
Also a big thank u to Michael who always delivered them on time and with a smile an asset to the team..
Unfortunately Mums dementia has meant she needed extra care in a home..

Susan James Meals went above and beyond to get food to my late grandfather during the pandemic, which would otherwise be a logistical nightmare! He enjoyed the meals and was very happy with their service. Coms with Susan James were always responded to promptly and professionally when having to pause our service, he was often admitted to hospital for long periods multiple times which Rani was always understanding and helpful. 5 Star service.
