BUYERS BEWARE!! I would give this 0 stars if I could. I ordered a woodland “sweater”. It is definitely NOT a sweater. Stinky, super poor quality, and nothing like the picture or the worded description. This company is a scam. I have requested a refund but after reading the other reviews, I am not hopeful. DO NOT buy from this company.

I should have read the reviews BEFORE ordering, so I am partially to blame. The quality of the item I ordered is so poor that I wouldn’t wear it out of the house. I contacted the seller and they will not accept a return nor refund the purchase price. They said items were made in China. They did offer a 15% reduction but I’m not going to hold my breath to see if they do it. I hate leaving poor reviews but am hoping I can save someone else from ordering very poor quality items.

The shirt I ordered was massively too big even though it was a M. Then I couldn’t return it because I would have to send it back to China which is incredibly expensive. Therefore they gave me a 20% refund. What a scam.

The floral shirt never arrived. When my wife followed-up. They said it had been delivered. We are challenging the credit card charge with our bank. We are also cancelling the credit card and have asked for a new one to be issued.

These shoes are not anything like what I thought I was getting

I haven't received my shoes I just foolishly ordered, without checking TrustPilot, or other sources that root out scam websites and businesses. I now see it is a fake company. Bank of America said they will dispute the charge if the shoes never arrive or are poor quality. I reported their Facebook page as a scam. Don't be fooled by them and never buy from this fake site!

Horrible customer service the shoes are not of good quality like in the picture. Total rip off hopefully I’ll get a refund.

Definitely should have read reviews first! Extremely cheaply made shoes that are not same as pictures. Soles are made of light weight cheap plastic not worth anywhere near what they cost and returns cost almost the same price as the shoes! I learned a hard lesson on this one. Do not buy from this company!

Because the item was shipped from China, it took an exceptionally long time to arrive. When it arrived, I was disappointed in the quality as it was made from a much cheaper material and did not look the same as what had been advertised. Additionally, the care label had been cut off, so it’s hard to know exactly what fabric it’s made out of when it comes to washing it. Even though it says easy returns, that is not the case. I would definitely recommend not doing business with this company.

This company misrepresents its low quality products. My wife was given the impression from, not just the photos, which presented the products as high quality, but from the descriptions, which, for example, both sweaters she got claimed to be cashmere, but they were polyester. The sizes were also NOT extra large, but very small, although neither sweater had tags to show size. The shoes she got were the same: the strong plastic smell was overwelming! She tried to get a refund, but they do not stand by their products. Do not make the same mistake she made.

The Lisa Orthopedic shoes arrived after a few weeks. Different looking than the photos and not very high quality. They didn’t fit and their fine print says no returns on sale items. And EVERYTHING on their website is on sale.
We requested a refund anyway.

Buyer beware.

They use photos from a store in Charleston, but are clearly not associated with it. The shoes I received came from China. The smell when I opened the bag was a pungent overpowering chemical smell, and the color and stitching on the shoes were laughably unlike the pictures.

No returns on sale items is tucked in the return policy , as well as “ customer responsible for postage on returns no matter where in the world it has to be returned to “, and everything is on sale, soooo…

Lesson learned on this one.
