Susan Payne Property Avis 

We're house-hunting on the island and spotted a property of interest to us online. We knew the location well, are cash buyers and ready to proceed immediately. We called the agent to book a viewing but were told the earliest they could do was the following Wednesday. So we accepted the appointment, arranged another ferry crossing and travelled down the day before. While en-route we got a phone call from the agent cancelling the viewing as the property was now under offer. We were astonished! We hadn't had the opportunity to view the property or make an offer. We could easily have come down earlier and had the means to bid well over the asking price if necessary. We fully accept that it's the vendor's call as to how many viewings to allow and when to accept an offer but we would have appreciated better service and communication from the agent.

These agents have been fantastic often going above and beyond to make sure the move has kept to the stipulated timescales. I can’t thank them enough for the work they have put in to make sure our move goes to plan . I would highly recommend them .

Communication is critical during the process of buying and selling property, and the staff at Susan Payne Property have been unbelievably responsive, helpful, and have gone above and beyond. A genuinely personal and caring service that truly stands head an shoulders above others.

What can I say, this company is exceptional in every way when dealing with property sales. Our purchase didn't go without it's niggles but they were the fault of the seller and NOT the fault of this company.

I should point out here that I am not the easiest person to deal with, (I can see Jan the office manager nodding in agreement at that comment ;) ), but the staff handled every aspect of the purchase with professionalism and treated us with dignity when the chips were down.

In the end the transaction went smoothly and we are finally in our home. Would I use this company again to sell or buy through? Absolutely!

Would I give the company 10 stars if I could, yes I would.

Will I be moving again? No!

As a buyer you will have to go a long way to get a better agent on the Isle Of Wight, they are dedicated, committed and above all, they are all very nice people!

We have been very pleased with the help and support we have received from Susan Payne Property, from the initial viewing of the property all the way through the purchasing process we have been kept well informed as to how everything was progressing. Jan Tooley in particular has been excellent, she is proactive and has been great at keeping us calm when things were going a little awry. All phone calls were answered and all emails responded to in a timely fashion which all helped to make us feel that our concerns were important even though we know the workload at Susan Payne has increased massively over the last few months and with it I would imagine so has the pressure the staff are under.
