Easy to order which is important to me

So far the online process was great, not sure how the product are because this is my first time ordering from this site.

I purchased a pair of white sandals. The shoes did not fit properly so I requested a refund. This is now the third day and no availability to return the item. First they wanted pictures of the shoes with explanation of reason for return. Did that first day. Second day another set of pictures of shoes and packaging, before they would let me know how to return item for refund. I emailed and attempted to call phone number on website. Phone is in Wyoming and is not a valid phone number. This should not be this difficult to return an item that does not fit you correctly.

I purchased one sleeveless top and one quilted jacket. I wear a size 8 US, the Susan Smith NC site states that corresponds to a size Medium. That is the size I ordered. The items arrived and I was disappointed in the fabric quality of each and the size M was way too small. I contacted the support service, followed their explicit directions to request a return/refund. I sent pictures of the items and their original packaging. I was informed that what I ordered was exactly what was sent, therefore they will not accept the return and issue a refund. But as a good faith gesture, they would issue a 50% store credit to be used on future purchases. STAY AWAY FROM SUSAN SMITH-NC

I ordered a shrug in a large to wear over a dress. The item was ridiculously small. Attempts to return were difficult, to the point of almost madness. I had to send pictures of the item and the label. It was too small, what kind of pictures supports that explanation? Still haven't been authorized to return as yet. Makes you think this organization is not US based as claimed...

I found a dress I like, at a price I like too. Plus you offered free shipping.

This site refuses to refund! Very difficult to communicate with. I immediately reply to their email and have to wait another 24 hours for a response? This happened 3 times and they finally refused a refund because "what I received is what I ordered" What? NEVER buy from this site.
