My mother contacted Sussex Wills and organised a power of attorney back in the early spring and has heard nothing since. She has contacted Radford several times to no avail. Almost seems like he isn't interested in returning calls or emails. My parents are not in good health and wanted the power of attorney sorted as quick as possible but nothing whatsoever. We know these things take months but now 6 months have passed and no news or even a phone call to let us know what's happening. You were quick enough to relieve my parents of their £700 fees. Are you scammers? We will be taking this further.
