The cheese grating insert broke and I was bummed to have to buy all the inserts rather than just the specific blades I needed. Can that be an option in the future?

Loved the rotary shredder that I purchased from SUSTEAS, recently a part of it broke but they offered to go above and beyond and replace it for me!

I purchased the wide mouth grater from Susteas on Amazon. It works really well for cheese, carrots, cabbage & it’s fun to use!

I purchased a teapot and it started to rust. Susteas has agreed to replace my teapot. They were very quick to respond to my inquiry.

How easy it is to use.

I bought the cheese shredder last year because I saw it on TikTok. I have enjoyed using it all the time. It works great. Recently the blades broke and I contacted the company and they are sending me replacements. Great company and they responded quickly.

This was purchased on Amazon. I’ve been really happy with this rotary cheese grater. It’s easy to use, the suction base holds well, and the five blades make quick work of cheese and veggies. TikTok recipes are no match for these blades. The blade storage box is also a nice touch for keeping everything organized in the kitchen.

One of the biggest benefits has been being able to shred my own cheese blends instead of buying the pre-shredded bags at the store. It saves money, tastes fresher, and melts (trust me when you make nachos or quesadillas) better than the packaged shredded cheese.

I did run into a small issue with one of the components, but customer service handled it quickly and professionally. They responded promptly and resolved the problem without any hassle.

Overall, VERY convenient kitchen tool, and the responsive customer support made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend it.

I bought one for myself and one for me daughter in law and they have worked wonderfully! The different sizes of blades is super helpful when you want to switch gears from cheese to veggies!

Purchased the new version off Amazon, it was amazing! Went through a block of cheese in seconds! Although I didn’t put it in the dishwasher and one piece warped(the reel I found it from said it was dishwasher safe, it is not!) regardless they responded promptly and rectified the situation!!

We bought 2 Susteas pots. the first one was for our home use and was very satisfied with the black tea pot so much so that we purchased a second unit for a close family friend. Unfortunately or unit developed a bottom seam leak. The manufacturing company was very cordial and even though the unit was a year out of warranty, they worked with us to provide a replacement.
