An absolute con trick

An absolute con trick, a fake charity that is a politically funded political pressure group.
A source of corrupted statistics and outright unfounded propaganda promoting the ridiculous 20mph blanket limit that was unilaterally imposed upon Welsh motorists.
This is KILLING the environment, it is NOT more economical, as empirically speaking my fuel consumption has risen by some 40% since imposition, It has also so far cost me 2 FORCED DPF regeneration cycles (costing an additional oil and filter change, as can only regen twice as the oil is degraded in the process) which I have never had to do in the previous 10 years of ownership, more consumption, more oil used, more emissions.... How, and in what parallel universe is this good for the environment?

Exactly how many lives have been lost per year, and under what circumstances compared to how many allegedly saved.

The money would have been better spent in our local A&E which the WAG is 'running down'... and as a consequence of this perverse policy (with neonatal, paediatrics & A&E) meaning a further 40 minutes travelling time (on top) to another hospital unit in an emergency
Think 'Golden Hour'... You have destroyed it.

Fine outside Hospitals, Schools, and INSIDE housing estates.

Rescind AND Refund OUR public money and close this sham down NOW.

This so called charity should be…

This so called charity should be investigated for its links to government and its frankly misleading and dishonest adverts.

Posting pictures of cute furry animals, asking for donations to protect them and then stating lower down that all donations will be allocated “where they see fit” (in other words, into their pockets instead of towards the animals featured) is indicative of how they spin their stories.

That’s before we even look at recent articles being passed off as “news”.

A disgusting way to cash in on the public.

Corruption at the highest level

Corruption at the highest level. We tax payers demand our money returned. A so called charity that promotes itself using the Welsh government propaganda machine Wales Online, who dare to print a story about a woman who risks her children's lives on a cargo bike, but fail to mention she holds a high level position in this corrupt organisation. 15 hour waits in A&E, 8 hours for an ambulance, but hey ho lets waste millions on 20 mph and this nonsense.

Sad state of affairs when the only advocate for these vanity projects is a sad sustrans employee craving the publicity limelight. If it wasn't for for government funding from a minister with a conflict of interest , I suspect this company would go bust.

Liars .

I can be honest . Clearly you are not . You are a complete disgrace . You shouldn’t exist . I want to see a video of the ‘mum’ cycling with her children and shopping for a week , in the rain and wind. What has our country come too .

This is not a charity and should have that status removed. It’s a political party forced 20 mph costing millions, while my granddaughter has to go from Swansea to Newcastle for cancer treatment because of underfunding of the wales NHS…

Researching the connections to the Welsh Government and it's funding model from them I find it disingenuous to say the least to call themselves a charity.
Having a member of their staff being put forward as a "mother who is grateful for the 20 MPH speed limit" is incredulous to say the least and just plain dishonest to most people.
Having Lee Walters issuing grants to them as a previous senior employee of theirs is in my mind just plain criminal.

“CHARITY”????

This “charity” needs investigating as too why the Welsh Government grants it millions of our money on ridiculous vanity projects!
How can they dictate to the public how to live their lives while taking huge salaries paid for by us the tax payer!
Recently got caught out fronting a senior staff member as a “normal” family using a bike to go shopping online and in local Welsh newspapers!
Corruption at its worst all linked into the dreadful 20mph Welsh disaster!

Sustrans is a deceitful group wholly funded by the Welsh Government up to £96 million of taxes payer cash! They recently had an employee pose as an ordinary member of the public who could carry her weeks shopping for 4 people on her bike in Barry in the WalesOnline! She admits only getting a bike when she got the job last year! Now she’s an eco zealot and Sustrans is using propaganda to pressure people , elderly included to get on bikes! The Charity Commission should be striking this company from its entitlement! Huge amounts of cash is being invested in only one thing and that’s generous salaries for the Board of Trustees! They have not been elected and have been through Lee Waters the main promoter of 20s plenty! Wales will not accept it and near 500,000 have voted to rescind!
