Suteka Multi-purpose Homeware and Tiles Tattoos Avis 21

I placed an order Dec 30, 2025. The website said 24 hours to process, however Jan 9th it was preshipped. The 14th still on pre-shipment. I wrote & wrote &finally they say it got lost by the post office. Finally get it Jan 23rd (3 weeks later) and they did not put in the gold sparkle bundle and it is no longer on the website.
Updated to they are going to try to refund my money.

I put these on my kitchen sink backsplash, which is a simple, white subway tile. It was so easy and fun! I really like how it turned out!

Debbie from customer care responded to my outreach in a timely and understanding manner. I appreciated her quick action to help correct my lost package outreach. Debbie replaced my order but also gained a forever customer.

I love the product! Despite some small issues the customer service and especially Debbie have been more than great looking for an solution and delivered!

Not helpful. They start a chat and then never respond back. I bought 10 packages of a product that peels off easily after application. Not impressed.

Order never arrived and they are not replying to emails. This order was made end of last year, they seemed helpful to begin with then nothing.

Application was smooth, instructions were easy to follow. They’ve only been on for a week and have already started peeling off from my bowls.

Bowls have been hand washed only, and the plain white bowls from IKEA look shocking. My spotted bowls have fared better but if you look at the figures’ hands, they’re starting to come away then too.

So far, plates have been unaffected but we use bowls more at home. I also wonder if it’s the design - I’ve used the swimming people design on the bowls which are coming off. The plates have the colourful tigers and the red sea creatures design which may be more durable? I just don’t know.

I’m pretty disappointed since it’s only been a week and I followed the instructions exactly. Leaving a few stars for the plates as they seem alright so far. I am trying to figure out how to add photos to this review.

Love these tattoos! The larger ones are super easy to apply, a bit of a learning curve for the smaller letters, but once you get the hang of it a whole new avenue of creating is at your fingertips! Any questions I had were quickly answered by the awesome Customer Service Dept. (Frankie:),in a way that really helped me. They truly care about their customers and want to create a great experience for them. Great Company, awesome product!

My best friend saw these on IG and sent me the link to the site. I've been a potter for 12 years, and have always wanted to experiment with transfers. I ordered immediately! I LOVE them! My first try was with the octopus on my white plate. I'm so excited to start adding these to my ceramic designs. Applying them in the oven is more cost effective than firing the kiln a third time. Very happy.

Best for light shade surfaces. Overall satisfied but I did plan to use in on dark blue ceramics.

The designs are stunning, but they have peeled off a bit after some use... Not a big deal, just different from what I expected. Great product otherwise!

The colors turned darker after baking, which surprised me. Still happy with the product but will experiment with baking time next time.

I haven't used the product yet but their customer service department (especially AMY) was wonderful. Very much looking forward to creating some unique dinnerware for my next dinner party!!

Attenzione che oltre ai 10 dollari di spedizione, alla consegna del corriere dovrete pagare ulteriori 10 euro di tasse doganali. Ovviamente nel sito non viene menzionato questo ulteriore costo. Non ho accettato la consegna perché credo che le spese di spedizione sostenute siano di gran lunga superiori al valore degli adesivi. Comunque ho richiesto il rimborso che ho avuto parzialmente dopo DUE mesi dopo averli contattati varie volte. Peccato, ci contavo molto ma è stata un'esperienza assolutamente deludente.

The customer service at Suteka is just phenomenal! I had been disappointed at first (my fault for not correctly following directions) and when I emailed them, they were just amazing. I got beautiful results after that with their clarification!

Love the packaging! I ordered it for myself but it looks so beautiful that I just placed a large order so I always have gifts ready to give away. It would be great if you offer gifting material as well, I would pay extra for it for sure.

Fast delivery and great customer service. It didn't work for me perfectly on the first try, but after i watched the tutorial and tried again it worked smoothly and even better than what I had in mind when I purchased it. Will buy again.

Love, love, love my Suteka stickers! They made my DIY project so easy and the results are absolutely gorgeous. So far I'm really impressed by their long lasting quality, and the fun part is that you can easily remove them too. I'm already planning my next makeover!
