I recently ordered from Suteki Gifts and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The product quality is exceptional—you can really tell that a lot of thought and care goes into their selection. The website was incredibly easy to navigate on my phone, and the checkout process was seamless.

My order arrived quickly and was packaged beautifully, making it perfect for gifting right out of the box. It’s rare to find a shop that balances unique products with such professional service. I will definitely be a returning customer and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a special gift!

Have varieties of items and brands. Ships on time. Always get maison de fleur and sanrio from the shop. Love the shop.

Their Sanrio items are authentic and they go the extra mile to ensure that your package is delivered in mint condition.

I placed an order with Suteki Gifts a month ago for Sanrio cards from different sets and was contacted right away that they did not have enough packs to fill the order for one of the sets. I agreed to substitute items with them to replace the missing product with equally priced items to avoid a refund. When the order arrived part of the order was missing (a case of 30 card packs from a different set). The missing items totaled about 1/3 of the order price. They had not reported to me that they were missing this item. I tried contacting then with photo proof twice but have been ignored for over a month. I wish I had read reviews on scam websites because there are multiple negative reviews of Suteki gifts.

Suteki Gifts was the first store I ordered from when I started my collection of sanrio blind boxes, plushies, and J-fashion items a couple of years ago. Since then, they’ve been a go-to for new releases at fair prices, authenticity guaranteed. They’ve even taken special request orders for items I could only dream of having. I’ve been ordering from Suteki gifts since they started off selling on Instagram 4 years ago! Not only are the prices fair but the levels they go to, to make all their customers feel satisfied and happy ! Everything they sell is authentic, they ship so fast and communicate with everyone at such a fast pace! I hope they will be around for a long time ! Suteki Gifts is my go-to place for kawaii gifts! I love that they have a variety of products (other than Sanrio, they also sometimes have Pop Mart and random Japanese brands), their prices are super reasonable, their website is easy to navigate, and their customer service is unmatched! I check their website daily for goodies because the good stuff FLIES off their shelves!

Have been shopping with Suteki since it first opened up on Instagram! They are able to source such rare items from Asia that we don’t have in North America. Item ships out fast and customer service is always so friendly and helpful!

Absolutely love this shop! They sell 100% authentic Sanrio items, and the quality is exactly what you’d expect—beautiful, genuine, and carefully packaged. I've been shopping with Suteki Gifts for about 4 years now and I have never had a bad experience. Although it does take time to get my package because I live in the US & customs likes to hold packages forever, I always get my packages every time. Customer service has always been responsive for me. Any time I had a question, someone would get back to me within two days time but if it takes a little longer I understand considering they're a small team.

Everything comes packed well & they even give freebies from time to time which is always a great surprise! Also, I never have to worry about items not being authentic which is important to me as I am a serious collector so fakes are a no go for me. They even get some rare finds that are harder to come by from other sellers who sell Japanese products which keeps me shopping here as well!

All in all, I've had a great experience shopping with Suteki Gifts & I will continue to do so!

Would give 0 stars if possible. I haven’t received my order, and it has not been shipped either, it has been 3 months. They have ignored every attempt at communication. Do not waste your money here. Scam.
Edit: Since writing this review, they have tried to remove this review for defamation, unsuccessfully. I disputed with my bank, and received my money back after they investigated the charge. After months of no communication or update on shipping, i have received spurious legal threats from the company, while they have continued to give me false information about my order being shipped and received.

They have super cute stuff, so I placed my first order a couple of days ago. I can't wait for my order to arrive! I sent them an email right after I made my purchase about getting a first time purchase promo code a minute after I placed my order. I haven't recieved a response, but will update once I do.

I got another email today (since I subscribed) with a new promo code for the 4th of July that doesn't work. I'm hoping there's a glitch in the system. I'm not sure if anyone else has had issues with promo codes or getting in contact with them.

I ordered an item from this company and they sent me a tracking number for an item that did not work. A month later the item is still not here. Do not trust this company!! I tried emailing their customer support and I don’t get any replies. I message them on their instagram and they just told me to email customer support. I was wondering why the item is cheaper compare to other sites, it’s because they are out there to get your money without delivering your item.

I’ve ordered from them with no problem before and felt confident to place another order. I purchased something on November 21st and it still hasn’t shipped nor have I received a confirmation email (it’s December 16th now) . I sent them an email on Friday about my order so hopefully I hear back from them this week. I post an update later about this.

the website is super cute and easy to navigate, the experience was really nice and the overall design is awesome. they also have a large amount of quality and licensed products to choose from~ im totally fangirling over this website since its been so long since i've had such a good experience with websites that sell things that are of my interest ^_^ i tend to have a super hard time finding rilakkuma and korilakkuma merch since i live somewhere most of these shops dont ship! but this super gorgeous delicious kawaiiest shop ever just had to have all of the plushies ive been wanting xD would defo recommend since the buyer experience is amazing and the website is sooo satisfyingg~

Suteki Gifts has so many affordable products on their website, the shipping was on time and everything was packed nicely with a thank you card and some cute freebies. Not to mention the products themselves were just so adorable, I couldn't recommend enough!
