LOVE the bath products soooo much!!

I purchased the stone bath mat and the towels and I have to say I absolutely LOVE both of my puchases! My husband is a big fan too! No more stink in our towels.. ever! The stone mat is like magic! We loved these products so much we have given these as gifts to family members also! They also have loved them! You just feel cleaner! These were definitely a game changer for our bathroom and I am so glad we decided to give these a try. I can't imagine going back to a stinky wet bath mat or stinky damp towels again! I would trust this company and give other products a shot as well!

The products are innovative

The products are innovative. I have enjoyed using their ergonomically designed pillow, custom fitted pillow case, stone bath mat, towels that are huge and dry efficiently. All the products have delivered on what the company promised. Shipping was quick. The products are expensive, yet discounts are applied and the quality so far has been worth the price. As I am happy with the products I will be ordering again from the company.

This is a total change of life for me!

I want to start out by saying I'm 66 years of age and I've had surgery on my neck from C2 to T7 and I'm always in pain. Since I've received this pillow and started using it, I have been able to sleep through the night which that was impossible before and now I wake up refreshed with no pain it is an amazing product. It secures and cradles your head and neck so your head does not flop from one side to the other. I thank God in this company that I found this product cuz it has changed my life immensely! Thank you for giving me the time to speak my mind.

Sutera pillow is a dream come true!

Growing up as the only girl in a house full of boys, I was a daredevil, always trying to keep up. I've sustained more than my fair share of injuries and I have a history of back/neck issues to prove it. I've tried many pillows in my time, but none have compared to the Sutera pillow. I can sleep in any position and wake up with absolutely zero neck pain! I believe I have found the perfect sleeping companion.

I have enjoyed all of my products from Sutera. everything came on time and as promised. My favorite item is the lavender pillow. It is so comfortable and really helps my husband and I sleep. I have also enjoyed their bathmat and the cushions for chairs since I have a very bad back it helps me to sit longer and sit straight. I have also used their towels which dry really well and are very good quality. So far there is nothing that I ordered that I don’t really love. I definitely recommend buying any of their products that you need.

Pricey

I really am enjoying my pillow so much that I got my better half one too. I ended up getting pillow cases too. I’m just not understanding why they were so expensive

Very Comfortable and Fits Beautifully

This cushion accomplished what I needed without being annoying. It gets me higher in my husband’s SUV (passenger seat does not adjust upward). I love that it does not slide around when entering or exiting like all the others I have purchased. It is very comfortable and truly blends with the overall design of the seat. It truly feels like an original part of the car.

The comfort the Sutera Cushion gives me on a long car ride …. makes me want to tell everyone I know that using this cushion will be the best decision they ever make….

BEWARE - their "guarantee" is not as it seems

BEWARE: I ordered the pillow for side sleepers and 2 pillow cases. The cases were an ugly color so I decided to return them before I used the pillow. I used the pillow with one of my own cases and woke up with a Migraine for 2 days. I contacted Sutera - which by the way showed up on my credit card as EcoClearAir. Since they don't advertise a # for you to call, here it is in case you ever need it.

I called a rep and she explained that I could return the pillow cases since I didn't use them, but not the pillow. She did say they would refund both. Their website also says they have a 30 day 100% satisfaction guarantee for return or exchange. I made screenshots of all the guarantee verbiage. She told me I'd get an email shortly that would explain how to return the pillow cases. I didn't get the email so I checked the status of my return on their site and it said it was cancelled. So I called again. Miss Dine told me they recently changed their policy and I couldn't return any of it but they'd give me a store refund. I asked for proof of the change since the website still advertises the same guarantee and she kept to her script and repeated herself. I asked to speak to a manager since I was frustrated because I didn't want to exchange for anything. There was nothing on their site I wanted. She put me on hold and came back and said her manager told her to do her job. I continued to say, if you can't legally prove the policy was changed, I want my refund. I insisted that they get the manager on the phone. She said hold on and came back with another script that said for "safety reasons" she could not transfer to a manager. So be absolutely sure you want to buy what you're ordering because if you want a return, you won't get one. 2024-02-27

I have bought four of your bathmats

I have bought four of your bathmats, and every one of them has broken in half. I reordered, thinking a family member might have dropped it, but that was not the case. Two of them were gifts, and before writing to you, I called them to inquire if they had any problems, and to my disappointment, they had the same problem.

The stone mats appear inferior, and the quality differs from what was advertised or promised. I am past the 30-day warranty, but I think compensation is warranted.
They offered me a $10.00 gift card as a gesture of goodwill and suggested that I purchase a 2-year warranty to have an extended time of satisfaction with my purchase. I declined because of the number of mats I bought; I felt $10.00 was insulting, and I should not have to have a warranty if the product was good. I would have understood if it had been just one, but it's all of them.

Refusing to refund

I found a 30% off promo code after seeing an ad for this pillow. I was on my phone as most of us these days are when scrolling and coming across ads. I went to checkout and pressed my finger onto the input field for "PROMO CODE", I then pasted the code in. There was no "apply button" so i pressed enter which should have applied the code. This proceeded to PLACE MY ORDER with no promo code applied. I reached out immediately to request cancellation as I did not place this order. I got an automatic email saying they received my request, however this request was ignored. I sent several follow up emails that were also ignored. I then filed a claim with my bank and all of the sudden they respond to me. At this point it had been a month. The order showed as "delivered" but the "proof" image they sent was NOT a photo of my house. They are refusing to refund me and each time a new person responds to our email conversation they clearly don't read the details of the conversation and i have to re-explain everything. Now I'm stuck with an $80 charge, no product, and no sign of a refund. Stay far away from this company. I can't speak to the quality of their products as I never received it but I can definitely say their customer service and their website are absolutely terrible.

My brother and I enjoyed the shower…

My brother and I enjoyed the shower mats to the utmost, he had one that if you didn't clean it every week you would have lots of dirt build up underneath it. My husband used my shower one day and he loved the shower mat and asked me to order him one, so I did for Father's day! I wouldn't take nothing for it and I've never used a shower mat.

Great products and fantastic customer…

Great products and fantastic customer service. These towels are unique, beautiful, absorbent, lightweight and fast drying. They never remain damp or develop unpleasant odors. They go through the washer and dryer extremely well. We’ve got both the grey and white sets and we LOVE them. After all the towels I’ve owned over the years, these are the best. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Oversized and overpriced

The towels are nicely oversized and attractive but are lightweight and on the thin side. They feel average on the skin and absorb about the same, average. After washing and dying them before use, I had to clean the lent filter on my dryer 3 times! So much lent came off! These are nice towels but very overpriced. Deciding whether to return them. Unimpressed for the money
