I only hit the one star button to get to the comment section. Still waiting for my cream to show up after 2 1/2 weeks. They want my opinion on the product and their service. Ha!

Easy to purchase and it's lovely to use.
Well worth taking out a subscription.

Worst company! I got a refund as it made my child's eczema way worse! Than they sent me more product after I already said I wanted a full refund. Than had to return that to get a refund. Emailed them to make sure they have cancelled the subscription and they said yes nothing more will come out of my account. And now they have sent more product and I get a automatic reply when I email them. Biggest scam yet!

I have reactive and sensitive skin and developed eczema in the last couple of years. With consistent and regular use of Svens Island ointment my eczema did clear up after a few weeks. It quickly eased the itchiness I was experiencing. I applied it multiple times throughout the day and prior to bed.
I now use it to prevent any further flareups.

Quick delivery. Love the product

Bought the product to try, but didn't realise I had signed up to a subscription. Then when I tried to cancel the subscription I get a error message and have been unable to cancel. A big red flag and wouldn't trust this company. The cream didn't even help

Creams are very nice and have a pleasant smell. Have found the hand creams very nice

I had always had eczema on my right hand, it would flare into a red scaly breakout daily. Sometimes to the point of bleeding. Other creams would sting when being applied and the rash would disappear for a few hours before becoming itchy and scaly again.
I began using Sven’s Miracle Manuka in August 2025 initially just the Repair balm, it calmed down the rash to a slight discolouration on my finger, I have now started using the Miracle Manuka skin crème daily on as a hand cream (and elbows) for a fantastic result of soft calm skin. I have not had a flare up in over 4 months.
Sven’s island have made the experience more affordable by bundling products or occasionally doing buy one get one free offers.

Sven's is extremely informative Have great guidelines and will honour damaged products .
Both my son and I have skin conditions that have become more manageable with Svens Island products.

Great product, it worked for my daughter's eczema behind her knees which has now totally gone, it soothed the itching and gave a cooling feeling, has been gone now for a couple of months.

I am always skeptical when buying new products, but this product actually works and works very well. I get a mild form of dermatitis on my face, and this not only removes that problem it leaves my face soft and non-dry.

My daughter has been having Eczema since she was born. We had steroid creams from demonology and the rashes still come back and go. I tried so many things to get rid of her skin problems. Nothing really worked. Sick of using steroids creams to my little baby too. Then I found miracle Manuka cream, it was just another trying at the first time. EYELID ECZEMA - My eczema has been flaring up more frequently the older I get, and it got to the point where I’d be sensitive to literally everything. The flare ups were also lasting longer than usual. Absolutely nothing was working and I can’t stand the stinging in my eyes when using steroids. I remembered I purchased the Sven’s island ointment ages ago from an health food store and it was sitting in my drawer so I gave it a go. Ohhhhh my Lordy I was not disappointed, my itch and dry patches on my eyelids are GONE after TWO DAYS. It normally takes me weeks and weeks for this level of improvement. Cannot believe I let this bad boy sit in my drawer……..

I have problem with my cuticles getting dry and then crack. I had that issue for decade. There is no product I heard of that I haven't try and nothing helped. Then I went to dermatologist for 2 years. They gave me strongest steroid made in chemist as nothing else helped, salicilic acid strongest, did not help then phototherapy which ripped tendons in my hands. I saw miracle manuka online and am so happy with the product. After 3 weeks thickening around my cuticles disapeared, they are not dry and do not cracked

This is definitely a product that works well to help ease your personal problems as it did mine. It's made from natural ingredients which therefore makes it a peace of mind to use everyday. I showed this product to my dermatologist who was very happy for me to use it.

The deliveries are quick but the relief on my skin is even faster! I wish I had known about this product many years ago. Highly recommend

Eczema can be a struggle. I have been using Sven's Island Miracle Manuka Balm for a short while and I can already see improvement in my skin. It's less itchy and red for starters and it's only been a week. Having an ointment that works without steroids is something I'm very grateful for.
