Very easy to use
Very easy to use, safe, secure, and efficient. Fees are quite minimal for a transaction service like this. It has made my life as an expat in China much easier.

Long time customer heavily disappointed
I've been with Swapsy for over 3 years, trading extensively. However, their service has drastically declined. Here's the breakdown:
Previous services:
- Chat support on WeChat and occasionally on the website
- Ability to conduct multiple trades simultaneously
- Trading available on the app (essential for mobile users)
Current services:
- Solely reliant on email customer service, with responses taking 1-2 days
- No longer permitting multiple trades at once
- Average trade time is 3-7 business days, excluding expedited transactions
It appears the company prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction, neglecting loyal customers like myself who have referred over 100 people. Their customer service reflects a mindset favoring the company's convenience over the customer's. Despite being U.S.-based, the owner's lack of customer-centric focus is evident. This deterioration in service, which could easily be rectified, is disheartening. As a long-standing customer, I'm contemplating severing ties due to this significant decline.

Works great!
I just added Alipay to my China eWallet and wanted to try it out. Since it was my first time, I uploaded the wrong Alipay 2D QR code for receiving money. Swapsy does a good job founding this out (though I'm not sure how, maybe they got notified by the party swapping money with me, or they have some built-in code to catch such dumb mistake by user?) and emailing to remind me of making corrections. Overall, transactions went through smoothly and timely. I've swapped 10+ times on Swapsy, and will certainly do more!
