So far, they get a 1-star review. I enjoyed this casino initially for its variety of games and providers, and a few decent SC deals. I made a purchase on 7-4-26 and subsequently cashed out $200 on the same day (Transaction ID 646854 7/4/26 19:42). I was verified within 24 hours, and now 19 days later I am still waiting on my money. I also sent my husband a referral link the same day, and they claim he either didn't use my link or removed the referral code when signing up, both of which are not possible, he wouldn't have known about SweepLV had I not sent him the link, and I've shared plenty of referral links for other sites with him and he has never once "removed a referral code.' They just don't want to give me my referral bonus. I've contacted customer service and was told to just wait longer. How much longer? I see other people in FB groups have been waiting since May!

How is this site legally able to do business in the states? If I di t get my redemption. The attorney general will be hearing of this.

I had my account closed due to me having “duplicate” accounts. I am livid! They will not be processing my $300 redemption.

So don't get me wrong, I hate waiting for payouts. However, I DIDI receive my payout from them via crypto* with no problems. Other than the amount of time which was 20 days (requested July 2, received July 22nd). I contacted support and they replied everytime within 24 hours.
*IMPORTANT- I'm going to put this here because I couldn't find the info on the website and I wish I would have known this in the first place. When you choose crypto withdrawal you do not put your crypto address right away. You make the request and once it goes through you will eventually receive an email from "triple-a" where you then give your wallet info. I received my withdrawal via PYUSD in less than a minute after getting that email.

Other things to note. The 1st purchase packages are very generous and the games were hitting good for me.

So people saying they don't pay, this was not the case for me. Just took a long time. I would recommend choosing crypto option as ACH appears to be more problematic.

Have yet to get paid after 2 and a half weeks of having a pending withdrawl of 180$

I did a sign up bonus, won, went to redeem and was instantly blocked and told i violated the ToS

I live in an apartment unit with the same building address as others. Apparently someone else also signed up because my redemption was blocked. This is 100% a strategized denial, any other casino with an issue would outright deny you the capability of making an account if you were unable to redeem from the start.

If I could give 0, I would definitely give it a 0!! Requested the redemption on June 13! It is now July 19! Keep sending me the same email over and over. It’s bogus!! DO NOT WASTE UR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS SCAM of a “casino”

It has been 43 days and still no freaking redemption. This is ridiculous.

I wish I would have read all these reviews before putting money into this casino. I've never had to wait this long for a redemption before. I understand it's the weekend now so I'll give it the benefit of the doubt but if I don't have my redemption by tomorrow evening my review is staying at one star. If I receive the redemption I'll update my review thanks.

At first there wasn't any issues. I created my account and had my account verified pretty quick without issue. I enjoyed playing the games they had and the deals they offer for gold coin packages. I even enjoyed it enough to tell my wife about it and so she also created an account and had her account verified without issue. I was able to actually win enough to even request a redemption. As soon as i requested to have my winnings redeemed, both me and my wifes accounts were closed and i was accused of having duplicate accounts. They had no problem taking my money and my wifes money for gold coin packages. They had no problem verifying both of our accounts. In my opinion should've have been stopped immediately during verification for creating duplicate accounts if two ppl living in the same house with separate banks for payments and redemptions is considered a duplicate account. I dont recommend using this casino when theyre are 100s more that will allow a husband and wife to have their own accounts and grant redemptions no problem.

I redeemed my winnings from Sweeps Las Vegas on July 4, and I still have not received my payout. It's now been weeks, and my redemption has been sitting in "Pending" the entire time with no explanation.

I've reached out for information, but the lack of communication and the excessive wait have been extremely frustrating. If you're going to offer cash redemptions, they should be processed within a reasonable timeframe or, at the very least, customers should be kept informed about delays.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Sweeps Las Vegas. Having your winnings tied up indefinitely without any clear timeline or meaningful support is unacceptable. I hope they improve their redemption process and customer service so other players don't have the same experience.

They don't pay out. I submitted my redemption 8 days ago and even spoke to customer service after 5 days that said everything was done correctly. They told me up to 3 days when I c submitted my redemption. Still 8 days later.. nothing

I just did a chargeback. Have been waiting on a redemption since 6/7. Support will just tell you generic answers that aren’t encouraging. I think support responds just to make you stick around. Don’t even bother with this site. They also randomly cancelled my redemption from last year which I didn’t notice until I revisited this site a month ago. They don’t pay, stay away.

I played on there a couple of times never won anything of course cuz most of them sweepstakes casinos are kind of like that they're kind of scams but I thought this one was pretty legit It had some decent games the RTP was all right well I got a promotional notification of 23 SC for $9.95 so I clicked on it and then was able to throw a promo code in there that got it down to $7.95 It took forever for the $20 to show up in my balance finally when it did I clicked on one game I always bet down all the way down to the beginning so I bet 10 cents played it one time didn't like it I didn't like the aesthetic of it or anything backed out went to the homepage My balance was gone and then it came back a little bit later and then it disappeared again and it's been gone ever since nobody's responded back to my emails and nobody's gotten back to me nobody's put my money back in my balance or in my debit card what the hell. That's essentially stealing isn't it so should I file a complaint with the better Business bureau or this or the or the other one the fraud place the bureau or the attorney generals I need to know cuz I'm going to file one of them I finally don't get my money back today It's starting to piss me off.

Hit for 1.6k in mid may, this morning I finally got 100 of it, so the backlog is real and the payout is slow, but at least its a good sign

Still waiting on my jun 2 redemption, i got the jun 1st one for 100 the 8th, support responds and says all the same stuff but if its getting processed in order then check your redeem id. The one that was paid out was 552600, my next one a day later wasomething like 554000 or so. If you can edit you post with redeem numbers we can see if its going in order, there may be a way to tell when your number is coming up, as finance wont tell me.

I.e from one other review 6 days ago, their redeem number is in the 64k area, depending on who was paid out most recently we can see how far behind they are.

I submitted my redemption june16th. It has said pending since then. My redemption was only 100.00 and I have contacted them via email several times and I get the same response. The financial department is reviewing my redemption it will take 3-5 business days. Well its been well over 3-5 business days. I want my money. I do not recommend them at all. They will sure take your money but will not give you what you win. Horrible experience. Worst I have actually ever dealt with.

I have been dealing with this casino for a month now and waiting for a cash out that has been promised and not carried through. I have sent emails and tied changing the cash out amount and they have not been forthright with what they have promised. I would not recommend this casino to anyone. If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. Do not waste your money.
