Ordered leggings with booty bands…

Ordered leggings with booty bands thinking they were supposedly the most resistance. They fell down in the back as I walked which is apparently a known issue and super irritating to have to pull your leggings up repeatedly. Contacted company re this issue. Super nice response from Joy saying return them even though one pair was worn and they’ll make it right. She sent a return label (no form or anything to fill out to include inside, but most companies use the return label as an identifier nowadays). Returned leggings, tracking showed they were delivered to the address on the label and when I contacted Joy directly as well as customer service thru their site, no reply at all. Totally ghosted me. So I not only don’t have any leggings, but am out well over $100. So they took my money and gave me absolutely nothing after saying I would be able to get the full flex leggings as a replacement. I have all documentation of the conversation with Joy promising me this resolution, but it’s hard to get satisfaction when they don’t respond to any inquiry. What I thought was going to be a nice experience according to Joy in customer service ended up being a rip off. Horrible experience. Date of experience is an estimate as I have been wasting my time on trying to get this resolved for months!

Credit card charged. Product not shipped. Customer service worthless.

I ordered Christmas gift on December 1. Credit card charged 12/3. No delivery by 12/21. Was told product was delivered - which I had to prove to them it wasn't. Explained I needed by Christmas. Was told it would be expedited for the holiday timeline. Product wasn't shipped until 12/24. It's now January 2nd. Tracking says it's still several states away. If it ever arrives I'll have to pay to reship the gift to recipient out of state. These guys are out of control. Buy someone else's product.

Disappointing Experience with Sweetflexx

I'm extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Sweetflexx. It's been several months since I initiated an exchange for a product that didn't fit, but I've yet to receive the replacement. Despite multiple emails explaining my situation, I was met with delayed responses and a complete lack of resolution. The process has been a frustrating waste of my time, and I'm still out $78.00. The fact that the company doesn't have a direct phone number to call has only added to the frustration. I've tried to be patient, but it's clear that Sweetflexx is not interested in making things right. As a result, I will never be ordering from Sweetflexx again. The lack of customer service and follow-through has been appalling. I would strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere. AVOID Sweetflexx at all costs.

No Refund

I ordered 2 leggings. They sent wrong size on one pair & the other was correct size. The correct size is too tight also. I have several pairs & this latest pair runs much smaller. I’ve been emailing them Daily for 2 weeks now, to start return. This is the only method to make a return. They have NOT responded & at end of month return window will expire. I paid 165 for nothing. Will never order from them again

I requested an exchange

I requested an exchange. Received an email stating the exchange had been processed and that I would receive a follow up email with details and a shipping label. That was a week ago. I emailed again today -- silence.
