Misleading Products and Poor Customer Service – Never Again

I ordered a 1kg bag of chocolate raisins that was advertised in bright, attractive packaging – perfect for a gift. What arrived looked nothing like what was shown on the website: dull brown and mustard packaging that resembled a supermarket budget range. Completely unsuitable for gifting and absolutely not what I paid for.

When I contacted Sweets and Candy, I expected at least an apology or some acknowledgement of the issue. Instead, I was told I could return the item at my own expense for a refund. Considering I’d already paid for delivery, paying again to return a product that they misrepresented would cost more than the item itself.

Very disappointing experience. The products being dispatched are clearly not what’s being advertised, and the customer service response only added to the frustration. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Great service

I had an issue with my order which was quickly resolved. They were kind and helpful.
I was very pleased with the service I received, and will definitely be ordering again in the future.

Best Online Sweet Shop

What a great selection of items, and the 1kg mixes are such great value compared to elsewhere.
There's so much to choose from and quality is brilliant.
Delivery was quick and I was updated at every stage.
Will definitely be ordering again.

My fave milk teeth…

First of all they stock my favourite milk teeth at a reasonable price. They have a great stock of the old sweets my dad still likes.
Packaged well. Arrived on time.
Will def be ordering more.

Sweets pear drops

Av had stuff off them before the sweets are great and are a good price. From ordering to getting it delivered was very quick 2 to 3 days . Would highly recommend them to anyone.
