Not received the parcel yet
Not received the parcel yet. I have contacted customer service couple of times and still not resolved. It’s a shame . It was supposed to be to be delivered next day and its fifth day . 5 days gone and I am still trying to to reach people . Shameful and stressed. Not happy. I generally have very good service from you but this time NO - still waiting for my parcel.

Geetu, thank you so much for getting in touch. Your order did arrive but it arrived at 10pm on the 8th so of course you were closed!! DPD did leave it at a drop box and emailed you but unfortunately they left it in the incorrect drop box which was why you couldn't get the parcel because the code wouldn't work. This was their mistake and they have apologized - DPD are normally so good but sadly human error can happen on occasion. We're so sorry you didn't get your order which is now on it's way back to us but the team have re-sent your original order again today so you should have it tomorrow. I know you have spoken to the team and again we are so sorry this has been a challenge for you. Fantastic customer service, you cannot really fault them. This was my first time contacting and purchasing from them. I know of Sweet Squared history and close connection to CND founders. I have received the parcel super quick. It was very well packaged too. We discussed over the phone of what I needed and they were able to advise on the best package for me but I decided to go Premium at the end 🥰 I was impressed with the quality of their products and I'm surely going to go back for more purchases 🙏

Customer service some of the worst
I’ll be honest they have some great stock but some of the worst customer service I have ever dealt with, we have been waiting for weeks for an Invoice correction, something that should take 10 minutes tops, you call and no one answers the phone it’s very frustrating to be honest and we are slowly finding new suppliers as we can’t deal with this any longer, like getting blood out of a stone!

Jess we have searched our entire system for your name, for an invoice correction (?), for calls and any anomalies we have in the accounts dept and we can't find your name anywhere?
We have a team of 8 in CX who are constantly picking up calls and we have Zen Desk for LIVE help plus info@sweetsquared.com for any queries. We have looked everywhere to bring up the name you have posted with here - Jess Mcarthy and we can't find you.
I respond to TP reviews daily and of course we want to make this right for you. We would hate to feel we had ignored anyone and go out of our way daily to take care of any challenges, for any one!

Jess - we have gone away and literally checked everything across all Sweet Squared sites, messages and everything in between. I can find one Jess Mcarthy who signed up in 2015 and never ordered but then did order one item in 2017. There is nothing else? Unless you are under a salon name and not the purchaser, I honestly don't know what else to do. I have looked at your other reviews to see if that would help us in some way but they are nearly all 1 star too. We truly want to help but we can't at this stage. Signing up was easy and all the correspondence from the staff has been prompt and courteous. I was accepted for a credit account also which was completed within a week. I have placed two orders so far, all the items have been available, fast delivery and boxed well.
