Ordered a bulk of sweets for a school Xmas fair. Days in, no email about a dispatch, sent 2 emails asking whether the order been sent. Both emails ignored. Suspiscious, went to the store and both what needed. On day 5 (when my order should have been delivered), I received a cancelation email quoting lacking stock. So basically they are selling stuff they don't have. BEWARE!

Emailed this company yesterday and as it’s a small company was not impressed I haven’t had a reply quickly (as event is imminent) until I saw the reviews and realised it’s par for the course. However I will not messed around given this seems to be the regular behaviour from this company. I will do a charge back or take a small claims case as my work background is dealing with unscrupulous people and scammers, I refuse to be ripped off by anyone. If I don’t get a reply by the end of today I will start steps. Part of the order was cancelled as soon as I placed the order but to be fair it was refunded but one of the bags was opened when delivered on the seam of the bag so obviously can’t be given to children. I will be fair with this company and remove the review if I get a resolution today as should happen but I will also update each time I email them and am ignored. (This company are clearly unbothered by very bad reviews of their behaviour).

This was the last day a replacement could have been sent to arrive in time for the wedding sweet trolly. I made it clear on the email that the event was imminent so it’s not like they didn’t know. I will now do a complaint to my credit card company for charge back. Absolute joke of a company and I agree with other reviews. It’s ridiculous that this has to be a charge back when they have been given multiple opportunities to resolve.
Update 3. Ignored AGAIN today.
Chargeback now in process. At no point has this company responded despite knowing this was for an event. Also didn’t use the other sweets as based on this companies behaviour I can’t trust the storage of edible items given other reviews this may be run from a house so no H&S standards in place. All in all the ONLY supplier for a serious event who has been substandard, ignorant, appalling and I don’t know how much more reasonable I could have been. EVERYTHING was ignored. So have no option but to write to trading standards that this company supplies edible products.

Good delivery but poor customer service and short dates
My order of 12 boxes of wafer chocolate thins was delivered quickly and in good condition, so there were no issues with the delivery itself.
However, all of the boxes had a best-before date of 28/10/25. For a bulk order, I would have expected a much longer shelf life, similar to what is available in shops (usually 6–8 months).
I contacted customer service on 12th September to raise my concern, but I have had no reply. The lack of response has been very disappointing.
I also wish I had read previous reviews about this company before ordering, as it seems I am not the only one to have experienced similar issues.
Good delivery, but poor after-sales support and disappointing customer care.

When does respond says I should return the item but will not provide a return label, which means I need to pay for the return even though it is THEIR mistake. I have contacted trading standards & will review negatively any way that I can. Liability “business”
Robbers - avoid at all costs
Ordered 3 bags of halal marshmallows before Christmas and paid extra for quick delivery. When the package arrived it only contained 1 bag of the marshmallows (2 missing bags missing). I emailed the company to ask if this could be sorted because I needed them urgently hence why I’d paid extra for quick delivery and was told by Dean Brooker it would be ‘sorted by the weekend’. Never got sorted and they ignored all emails I sent following. I then raised a chargeback with my bank (not for the whole order only the 2 missing bags plus the shipping fee because I wouldn’t have paid it or ordered from them had I known they only had 1 bag). Got a snotty email from Dean Brooker saying it ‘shouldn’t have come to this’ to which I responded it shouldn’t and wouldn’t have had he responded to my previous four emails or just not advertised stock they don’t have in the first place. I’ve now been advised they’ve rejected the chargeback and the evidence they provided was the shipping information. I didn’t dispute the order arriving only the contents of the order. Absolutely shameful behaviour charging customers and refusing to give refunds for items you know fine well you haven’t delivered, it’s theft. Worst part is the marshmallows ordered are halal and the company’s behaviour is completely haram. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY FALSELY ADVERTISE STOCK THEY DONT HOLD AND DONT GIVE REFUNDS WHEN THEY DONT DELIVER IT.
Don't hold stock they advertise
Ordered 5 items they have sent 2 and refunded 3. I needed 5 and be nice to have been told you don't carry / hold the stock you advertise. As if had been told order couldn't be fulfilled would have gone elsewhere as now have to order stuff elsewhere. If on website for sale doesn't mean they have it !

Company a scam dont bother buying, sent 4 emails because order was returned to sender by useless RM. I need refund but Dean Brooker isn't interested!!!!
Disappointed and disgusted!!!!
I placed an order and after several days I requested when my order would be dispatched. No response. Days later I emailed again, with no response.
When I questioned my order again, my order was cancelled. I had to email twice before I got a response regarding my refund.
This is not good customer service!!!!!!

Please do not use. As with one of the other reviews the product box was broken on arrival with the sweets loose in the box. Emailed twice but no response. No contact number to ring and can't find on Companies House. Was a gift but had to go in the bin and no refund or replacement.
Dean Brooker is a scammer
Ordered sweets labelled ‘vegan’ both in the title and the description. Product arrived and stated on the packaging that it contained gelatine and was unsuitable for vegetarians and vegans. I emailed maybe 5 times asking if they could send me the correct product. I was ignored multiple times then eventually told very rudely by Dean Brooker the owner that because the ‘picture on the website is the same as what I received’ he couldn’t understand my issue. Clearly Dean Brooker doesn’t care about health and safety practices, allergens, intolerances, religious practices or his customers in general.
Avoid - wish I'd seen the reviews before ordering

10 days to fulfill an order
10 days to fulfill an order. One item out of stock. No refund yet. No reply to email (obviously too cowardly or arrogant to supply a phone number). 10 days to make delivery and then they deliver to the wrong address. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. How clowns like this stay in business I do not know.
