Great value for money with a discount code. Over 2kg of sweets for less than £20. Evri delivery was late but Sweetzy customer service were very helpful. Only criticism is with the sweets themselve... Voir plus

Ordered a pick n mix with specific sweets, but key items were missing entirely and replaced with large amounts of others. This completely changed the product — it was not what I paid for.
No communication about stock issues or substitutions beforehand. You just receive whatever they decide to send.
Customer service was worse. Instead of resolving the issue, they repeatedly blamed me for not keeping a delivery note and for not checking every sweet before eating — which is completely unreasonable.
Only after persistent back-and-forth was a partial refund offered.
Poor service, poor communication, and a business that avoids accountability. Would not recommend.

I have not given a lesser score because we can all have a bad day but in the end it was corrected and promptly. Well done sweety I will definitely be buying from you again and your sweets taste fresh and the choice is large. Thankyou

I have ordered many times & i am always very happy, on the couple of occasions i have contacted customer care they have responded very quickly & resolved my queries very quickly, i love the sweets i get great company
Not what it used to be
I used to order a lot from here but my last 2 orders have been terrible. One of them had the wrong sweets in the pic n mix and the customer service was awful. Instead of resending the pic n mix with the correct sweets, their policy is to issue a refund for the incorrect/missing sweets. The problem is that this ends up as such a small amount of money and doesn't cover the cost of reordering the correct ones because you have to buy a set weight in the pic n mix. It's obviously to save them money on sending the correct sweets out as they would have to pay the delivery.
My latest order was just as disappointing as the number of each sweet is so inconsistent. I selected 2 portions of some sweets but ended up with less than the sweets that I had selected 1 portion for. It seems as though you just get more of whichever sweets they need to get rid of. What's the point of letting people pick more of each sweet if you're going to ignore it?
I also ordered some 250g pouches but these had a label from a completely different company so you actually don't know where your sweets will be coming from when you order.
This used to be a great company with the owner on social media making it feel really personal and I've ordered many times with no problems but I think they've really gone downhill recently.

If I could retract the 1 star i would just an update to my last review. Opened the sweets on Easter with my daughter, cheap tasting stale sweets. The milk bottles are crusty on the outside and the strawberry swirls are cheap. Save yourself money and buy haribo.

I ordered a bag of sweets on Monday and it arrived today, However I’m really disappointed with the quality.
We were all looking forward to enjoying them over the Easter weekend, but they have a very strange taste—almost like soap or something similar It’s not just me who noticed this my whole family noticed it too.
Because of this I won’t be ordering again.
Got the Easter bundle
Got the Easter bundle, not very good value for money. This is my third order with them and unimpressed. As a 'mystery' bundle, was expecting them to be fairly generous but was disappointed at the lack of variety. They also included a large bag with a religious dietary stamp on it which could be considered inappropriate without knowing who it's being sent to. I don't mind except they don't taste good. Shame.

have purchased a few different ones and each time I order the select my own picknmix I always get sent different sweets to what I selected, the whole point is selecting the ones I like and not what you choose to send, its really annoying indeed and purchased the easter mystery box, ststed contained 4 items I received a jar, an egg and bag of picknmix and again not the swwets I chose so received 3 items and not 4 very disappointed indeed

Purchased a few times and quality used to be ok. Recent large order definitely poor quality and odd tasting pic and mix very strange . Poor quality
Terrible service from an untrustworthy company
Terrible customer service! I believe they lie when they tell you they have contacted the couriers.
Attempted delivery to the wrong address the resident handed it back to the driver who marked it as delivered.
Refused to look into it, no apology.
No customer service skills, no effort to help their customers, entitled mindless fools. Seems to be a regular occurrence to tell customers not our fault there’s nothing we can do! And get to keep our money!
UPDATE
William at sweetyz stated that order was delivered they contacted Evri who confirmed order was delivered. I contacted Evri myself they confirmed that the order was returned to sender. So I was lied to by William! They refused to give a full refund even though the order was delivered to the wrong address!! Absolutely shocking service from an untrustworthy company!
Still hasn't been dispatched after 4 days of being ordered!
Made a order 4 days ago (on a monday and now its friday) and still not been dispatched despite their advertising of "super fast dispatch as standard" what a load of rubbish that is. Emailed them and they said my order " should " be dispatched in the next couple of days. Not that they will sort it... just hoping. What a rubbish service!!! Quick enough to take your money!!! WILL NOT ORDER FROM THEM DEFINITELY NOT "SUPER FAST DELIVERY " as they preach!!! Avoid!!!!!!!!!!
Patronising customer care
I made an order on the Saturday wanted it delivered on the Monday. They didn't deliver till Tuesday even though I paid for "next working day delivery" when I queried with their customer care they said they don't dispatch over the weekend and wouldn't be refunding my delivery charge. This isn't what got them the one star review though, when talking to their customer care team I have had nothing but defensive and patronising responses from them. I probably would have shopped their again but knowing this is who you deal with when you have a problem has completely put me off
Poor quality control + customer service
Second time now I’ve had an issue with Sweetzy and this one takes the cake. Back in November I never received my advent calendar and they never resent another, the customer was pretty bad. I thought maybe it’s a one off. But months later, I realised I had points to use so I ordered a customised sweet jar with lettering on it. Of course they completely messed up the lettering and wrote something ridiculous on the jar. It’s very very easy to tell there is no quality control. If they had checked the jar the would’ve noticed the very obvious mistake. It looks horrific and I cannot give this as a gift. It’s a joke. Their customer service response times aren’t great and this is a time sensitive issue. I’m not really confident they will care about resolving the matter quickly based on the fact that they clearly don’t care much about customer satisfaction or quality control. Very disappointing, gutted once again. This is the second time I’ve ordered a gift for my brother and the second time they’ve messed it up…. Fantastic…..
Another Evri nightmare
Shock horror the bad reviews are mainly about one thing. Evri.
Same issue. Paid for 24 hour delivery, and 3 days later, it's still not even been dispatched. A mother's day gift will no longer be necessary as I have to make other arrangements. Refunding my delivery fee dosen't cut it now, especially when they're just ignoring people and continue to use the same unreliable delivery partner.
Don't risk it, go elsewhere.

Really good value, ordered the £10 bundle and got a 3 big bags of sweets, they also added two more big bags worth £3.99 for free. Would buy again
