The other review is exactly my experience. Their service works decent enough, but after consistent price increases and other better options being available I decided to cancel. Low and behold, what was originally a month to month subscription had changed to a year long contract paid monthly with auto renewals. And they claim I must have agreed to it, because I never sent them an email to opt out. Of course after complaining they handed me off to a "billing specialist" to address my concerns. This company just wants you to sign up and then they wont let their claws out of you. Skip them and go with a better option. There are plenty out there!

We tried their services out to get more reviews from our customers. We did get more reviews than normal but we also received a large number of spam reviews offering services. When we tried to end our month to month contract we were informed that we somehow got locked into a year long contract. If you plan on using Swell make certain to hire a good lawyer to go over all contracts before signing and record all your phone conversations with Swell. This company seems to make their money with bait and switch tactics instead of by hard work and providing a good service.
