Swift Internet Avis 26

I have been with Swift Internet for over 25 years, I have grown old and I still think of them as being two young men. Any problem I have had, which I have to say have not been many, are dealt with and fixed really quickly.

Literally never works. Why is there a casting function that runs through google chrome but is 300 x worse??

Always extremely helpful. Ed responds at all times of the day and night.

Recently I was struggling to work out why a page on a sub-domain, after timing out, was going back to the main domain. So, I used Swift Internet's Support System for help. Within a couple of hours, I received a response that I implemented and the problem was solved.
I would like to add that having used Swift Internet for for several websites over 10+ years, they have always been extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
They are certainly quicker in resolving problems than any other service provider I have used.

I nought the router over a year ago for my rv bit never had a chance to use or activate the sevice. Here it is a year later they withdrew money for the same router I contacted them to be told I rented the equipment now mind u I never even used the equiptment I told they to find my initial recept an you would see where I purchased it. To make a long story short they insisted it was rented an they would refund my last payment upon sending back the router which if fine.but I would not recommend there service to any one.

I've been with Swift Internet for over 20 years and while they have been the steady ISP in the background where they come into their own is when you have a problem to sort and recently, having poor incoming service speeds via Openreach Swift (Callum Nicholson) stuck with us and followed up constantly with Openreach and we now are getting the guaranteed speeds. I cannot recommend Swift too highly.

I don't worry Swift Internet much these days, but over the last 20+ years, they have never let me down or been unable to help. Even though I only use them for one item, they continue to help with speed and efficiency. If you want to have a quiet life, then get yourself over to Swift Internet for all your needs, including internet and fantastic support at all times.
