Dont rent cars from swift ride
I booked a 2020 Honda for pickup on Wednesday at 6 PM. On Tuesday, I was informed that the car wasn’t in Atlanta, but I would be given a replacement and should expect a call on Wednesday with more details. No one contacted me, so I called around 7:53pm, only to be told they were closed. Later, someone called back saying they were trying to get a tow company to deliver the car to me. I eventually received the vehicle around 11pm a 2013 Kia that had several issues.
I immediately raised my concerns, and the representative promised a swap before noon on Thursday. However, when I followed up around 2:30pm, I was met with excuses.
Overall, if you're planning to rent from Swift Ride, be prepared for delays, poor customer service, and a lack of professionalism.
