incorrect App status reports
There is no urgency or understanding of my many customer complaints about the incorrect reporting of the status of my unit on the app. It has happened several times, I get lame excuses and nothing to resolve this issue.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service - the locks on the sheds sometimes work and sometimes don’t lock when you push them through. I received rude messages telling me to lock my shed, perhaps investing time in making sure the sheds lock first time rather than speaking to customers like they are children.
Then the price went up a couple months into it, when I signed up I said I would need two more sheds. I signed them up with a competitor after that experience and have recently requested two more from that supplier.
One comes up this month and I will be emptying one of the sheds at Bundamba the other comes up in in a couple months at which point I will relocate the final shed I have as Bundamba.
I pay $230 a month for 20ft of space there, in a secure 24/7 complex now, I have x2 and I will soon have x4 of these - this works out almost almost half the price of Bundamba and their customer service has been wonderful.
I would have paid Bundamba rates if it wasn’t for the rude woman on the sms.
I’m a sticky customer, I don’t like to change service providers, but the obnoxious tone the customer service person used was gross.
I look forward to leaving your service and won’t be using it again.
