From my initial contact with Swift via phone to enquire on availability of a covered bay I received straightforward advice on how best to apply and more importantly when.
The online booking process was hassle free even for a person who is not particularly online savvy.
Overall a great experience which delivered the required result.

Assistance for entry and other functions of the app
I had some problems with the app, mainly due to my lack of familiarity with using apps, and I found 2 Swift employees were very helpful in resolving my issues.

Wonderful phone service
Personal service over the phone to assist with setting up the booking for the site. The ladies I spoke with were so very helpful and patient with someone who was not of the mobile phone age and very unsure of how to go about booking on line. The step-by-step instructions were clear and concise, and so easy to follow, I couldn't believe it seemed so easy to book the site. Thank you ladies.

The person I dealt with was extremely helpful and supportive especially as the IT was giving me some issues.
This was very appreciated and reduced the stress of moving and storing.
