Finally a site that sells high quality swimwear for a reasonable price. Cut and quality of swimsuit is exactly what’s shown on website, not a cheap knock off. Very happy with purchase

I ordered 2 bathing suits. Neither fit properly. I wanted to return them and was not allowed. They told me I had to keep them because it's what I ordered. Regardless of if they fit or not. Now I am stuck with 2 bathing suits that don't fit. Would definitely not recommend buying bathing suits from Swimlly!!!

Please do not buy. I got an order few weeks ago… quality not so good and worst…. I was not able to return it!!!! They said I was not allowed because the would have not been able to sell it again. Not trustable web site!!!! Stay far from.

I bought 5 bathing suits. One I liked, one did not arrive, even though it said it was delivered, and 3 did not fit. When I tried to start the return process and get a refund for the non-delivery of the missing bathing suit, I was met with this response from the company:
We appreciate your understanding of our policies. At this time, we can only consider accepting returns if the product received is damaged or incorrect. Unfortunately, reasons such as personal preference, fitting issues, or change of mind do not qualify for returning an item.

SHADY BUSINESS! WHO DOESNT ACCEPT RETURNS WHEN AN ITEM DOESN'T FIT?? DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Ordering swimsuits online is risky, but the price point of these made me willing to take the chance. I was very surprised that I actually received what was advertised in the photos. The fit was great! I plan to order a couple more.

I ordered two swimsuits from Swimlly and only one of them fit. I sent them an email requesting the return address, as their website states to do. They did not get back to me for days and when they did, they offered to send me a different size instead. I declined stating that I wanted my money back, as it had not been 15 days since I received my order (the policy online states that items can be returned up to 15 days since receiving them). I received another email saying that items cannot be returned just because they do not fit. Nowhere on their website have I seen that. They do not honor their return policy and I would recommend not purchasing anything from them.

This is a scam! I ordered two items and received an email that the items were out of stock the following day. I requested a refund and was ignored for days! I kept messaging the company asking for a refund. 20 days later they sent me an email with a tracking number stating the order has been shipped. I proceeded to request a return label and asked for my money back. My request was not once acknowledged and as I kept Recieving a taunting "your satisfaction is our priority" BS emails back. Do not buy from them!!!

A month later, no items, no refund, no one to talk to.

Ordered a swimsuit from here when I received it. It wasn’t a very great fit so wanted to return it. Had to return it at my own cost of £10 back to China. Six months later still no refund and the parcel was returned to me as they were not into collect and never collected it from the delivery service company. They now want me to send it again at a cost to myself and I refusing to issue a refund.

Terrible! The swimwear looks beautiful ONLY IN THE PICTURES. The quality is terrible! I wrote a letter to return the swimsuit back to them, it turned out to me that it would cost twice as much as the cost of my swimsuit.
