Always brilliant
Always arrive promptly, well packaged and exactly what you want. Website is easy to navigate. Delivery is very good for free. One of the main reasons we repeatedly use Swindon Pool Chemicals is the fre delivery and the speed that they arrive. All chemicals have instructions, easy to use.

Hot tub starter pack
Kit contained everything needed to get the hot tub up and running, including instructions. Much cheaper compared to the big brands (it's all the same chemicals anyway).

Lied about delivery date
Lied about delivery date. Product had not even been dispatched. I paid more to order from them to ensure the product would be here in time. Awful service.

No one answers the phone now!
No one answers the phone now, so you have to email them.
Sadly the emails don’t get looked at daily either.
I now have my order at the wrong address and they say it’s my fault.
(But I did email with the correct address!)
I hope they resolve this today but I’m not holding my breath !
