Have used Swindon Pool Chemicals many times over last 5 years. I’ve always had great service, orders have always been accurate and fast delivery.

Everything arrived quickly but I had Queries with my order but no matter how I tried I couldn’t get through the email didn’t work and the phone never got answered and said only Correspond by email.

wonder if this is a scam. took my money and then confirmed delivery. Products were not actually delivered and wonder if they existed at all. had to chase hard to confirm that I hadn't received anything many weeks after initial purchase.

Came the day they said, well packed and good condition, very pleased

Quick delivery, no problems.

I received only 1 item of 2, with no notification what so ever as to why I hadn't received the second item. Either as part of a delivery note or email update
I had to contact you, you simply refunded me without any explanation and you failed to refund any part of the delivery charge recognising that I bought the two items together and if I had known I would have gone else where

Chemicals were poorly packaged in a jiffy instead of a box. The powder chemicals were too heavy and pressed against the liquid scale away which leaked everywhere. If they were packed properly in a box this would not have happened. Disappointing!

Very professional delivery came following day sent an email to explain an item was missing sent an apology and item arrived day after will be using this company again.

If I had read previous reviews I would unfortunately have avoided purchasing from this company. It would appear they have poor control over their stock checks as many customers report incomplete orders. I experienced the same with no explanation so then had to do all the work to find out what had happened. Regrettably they then also fall down badly in customer service. I emailed using the address in the order confirmation which bounced back despite checking it was correct, calling them means ansaphone only, then their website contact us form appeared to go. Reviews on Facebook are predominantly negative. I posted the problem there and shortly after received an auto generated confirmation of a refund being processed. No explanation, no apology, no contact. In my view thats not the way to successfully run a business. Great shame.

I have always used test strips and chemicals for my hot tub from Swindon Pool Chemicals.
I have found the prices competitive and service good.

Excellent service. Swift to respond to my orders. Great value for money.
