Feel like I just got scammed
I watched a video when buying the course, and Alex himself said that it was a one-time payment, after which I would have full access. However, a year later, I was kicked out of the program. I received no texts and no emails. I contacted support, and they said that it was a yearly subscription from the start, but nowhere in that video, which I still have saved because I had a feeling something like this would happen, it did NOT say anything along the lines of a subscription. I feel like i just got scammed and cant do anything about it.
Support called me and told me to reactivate the subscription it would be another $2500, I would not recommend spending your money here.

The Set & Forget program has always been structured as a 12-month access subscription, not lifetime access. This is communicated across our onboarding materials, product pages, and has also been reiterated by Alex directly within the community during your access period.
Your access remained active for the full duration of that 12-month period, after which it naturally expired. No user is removed before their access term ends.
We understand how expectations can differ, especially if information is interpreted differently from a specific video. That said, our support team has already reviewed your case and provided clarification based on the original terms of access.

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with this company.
Before I was removed from the No BS Trading community, Alex personally told me that I would receive a full refund because I was not satisfied with the education and services provided. He mentioned that the refund would be arranged through Sebastian or another member of the team.
However, after being removed from the community, I lost access to everything and the refund that was promised has still not been processed. At the moment I have neither access to the community nor the money that was supposed to be returned to me.
I have spent a significant amount of money on subscriptions and services connected with this project, and the way this situation has been handled is extremely disappointing.
I would appreciate it if someone from the team could contact me regarding the refund that was promised before my removal.
I am still waiting for a resolution. Once this issue is resolved and the refund is processed, I will remove this review.

Your case was reviewed directly by our support team after you contacted us requesting a refund. As explained during that conversation, your request was made after several months of active participation in the No BS Trading community, which falls outside of our refund policy.
To resolve the situation in a fair way, support worked with you and cancelled the remaining pending installments, which was acknowledged during the conversation. It was also clearly communicated that payments already made would not be refunded, and we have the full record of that agreement with our support team.
We always encourage members to contact support first so situations can be handled transparently and fairly, which is exactly what happened in this case.

Sunday Swings are honestly the best. Today was a perfect example Alex went deep into the reasoning behind each trade, clearly explaining why a setup was valid and when it made sense to take it. What really stood out was how multiple timeframes were used, not just one, which made it much easier to compare and confirm the bias. It also helped align each trade with the traits personally chosen, instead of trading blindly. Feedback
I wanted to leave some honest feedback for you and the entire team, because the second part of the course helped me a lot.
Especially the section where you uploaded daily videos over the course of a month and kept explaining the strategy again and again, from different angles and with real context was significantly more impactful for me than the first part of the course. Not because the first part wasn’t good, but because this daily repetition and depth is what really created true understanding for me.
During this phase, I was able to gain a lot of experience. I slowly built strong habits: journaling every day, reflecting on my trades, identifying my own edge, understanding which setups work best for me personally, and really internalizing how my risk management works. It no longer feels theoretical, its something I genuinely apply and trust.
One of the biggest changes for me is my mindset around trading. Through the way Alex teach the strategy, I stopped focusing purely on profits and started loving the process instead: clean execution, discipline, and consistently following my plan. The money aspect naturally moved into the background.
At the moment, I’m in a 100k challenge (Phase 1) and currently around 4% in profit. No stress, no pressure, just following the process and trusting the strategy. This feels completely different compared to before and is a huge step forward for me.
Thank you for the time, effort, and especially for the practical and realistic way you guys teach trading. The second part of the course truly made the difference for me.
