Customer service not good as they don't reply to emails and via their contact page which is very frustrating when goods should have been delivered last week. Just a reply would have stopped me from posting this.

This has now been resolved

Bought a rug 1 year ago and it’s only worthy of the bin.
It can’t withstand a rain shower.

The service when I went back to them was shocking. They don’t care. They have no interest in your satisfaction or how rubbish the rug they designed and sold was.

Started off as a nice company to buy from but over the years the product quality has deteriorated. Including their fly masks, most recent purchases by me and my clients have all broken.

I wouldn’t waste your money. Expensive for what they are AND the service is horrible.

Correct Swish. It was a year ago. You did a small batch for a customer- so we all suffer the consequences of a batch of rugs. We have had 600d rugs before and they have lasted longer than a year. Not forgetting he only wore it for a little through autumn then not needed for months and months so the wear was very little. You should take responsibility for making a batch of rugs that are not suitable. why put them on the market to try for a customer request and let other customers suffer. If you knew they weren’t going to be great then why sell them! You should have recalled them and apologised!
I mention the fly mask because in general, the quality is not what it was and I don’t think you have handled this situation with selling a batch of rugs at a customers request that are not fit for purpose.

A small independent company that don’t care and have zero sympathy or empathy for their failed products and failed service.

Wide Fly rug for great on my cobs body however neck was extremely tight for a wide fit rug!! When asked customer services if they had any biggers ones, very unhelpful replies!!

I am so impressed with these rugs. I brought one 100g rug to start with. I've now got a waterproof fly sheet, normal fly sheet and fly mask. All fit my 17hh shire beautifully. They wash lovely, good fit for a heavy horse. I did get the wide fit. The quality is fabulous. The red colour just pops and is so bright.

Absolutely delighted with my new 400g rug! Put it on him for the first time a couple days ago when the temperature dropped. Lovely quality and he’s delighted with it. My horse isn’t a fan of cold or extreme rain so I had planned to leave him in all day with the ridiculous amount of snow we got. He decided he was going out so I put him out for a couple hours. Normally he’ll be waiting at the gate at dinner time but this evening he stayed munching his haylage with no intentions of coming in. I checked him over thinking surely he was soaked through as the rug had changed colour it was so wet. It was literally dripping. He was COMPLETELY dry in every area the rug covered, even the top of the neck by his ears. As if it was a summers day! He was also so warm and toasty underneath! I’m absolutely amazed and so happy with it!

Recent purchaaed 2 x 0g rugs with substandard quality for the price! Both rugs and leaked and not with stood any rain which other brand 0g rugs have withstood ( different horses same field at same time) . Swish response was also substandard first claiming the ponies had sweated ( temp was 2 degs and ponies clipped) and it was condensation. We've never had this issue with other brands at same price point. They wanted us to put rugs back on ponies and take photos- clearly not in the welfare interest of ponies to get wet and cold! They then finally stated the rugs are only shower proof! Poor poor quality rugs and poor poor customer service. Don't waste your money with this company.

I absolutely love my blue 100g waterproof rug! Over the years we have bought from so many brands (even expensive ones!) and this is by far my favourite rug! It’s super warm and very waterproof, but breathable (she doesn't get tacky or sweaty but stays the perfect temperature in most conditions so far!) it also fits her beautifully - this is my favourite thing about it. It has never disturbed her hair, always leaves it flat, and the detachable neck is super handy. The tail flap is also nice and long, protecting her from the wind! The only thing i would say, is that her 100g liner that we bought for the winter, is very tight at the front when she puts her head down to eat. It’s looks quite uncomfortable and i couldn’t fit my fingers in between her chest and the front of the liner. Other than that I absolutely love the rugs, such great quality, and value for money, i would certainly purchase again - thank you so much!

Really impressed with the turnout rug I bought , excellent fit and really good quality. I recently purchased a 50g stable rug for layering in the winter and once again excellent quality and really quick delivery!
I have recommended swish rugs to everyone and will only buy them going forward!

I love Swish rugs for our cob, she’s got broad shoulders and Swish fit so well. Swish rugs are great price too, the quality and the colour range is excellent! Turn out rugs are great and stand up to heavy rain, wind, snow, ice, pony stays warm and dry.

Love that they have 50g in stable rugs too, often found our cob would get too hot in 100g and a fleece would slip and pull at shoulders by morning but the Swish stable rugs fit as well as the turnout and means we can have 50g and 100g for when it’s very cold. I love the hi viz pink stable rug, we get lots of compliments!

Fantastic fit for highland ponies and the quailty is brilliant, I wouldn’t buy any another brand of rug.

Great rugs, good quality and a perfect fit on my mare. Slowly transitioning her wardrobe over to Swish. We have pjs, turnouts, a fleece and an exercise sheet and pleased with all - hoping to purchase a liner soon to use under her swish and old PE rugs. So pleased to have found a company that makes exercise sheets that actually fit 7ft rug wearers!

These rugs just do what they say they do. I have turnout and stable rugs in my collection now. My two give rugs a real beating, not many survive their truly rug wrecking ways but the Swish rugs have all been robust enough for them. They fit beautifully and even in extreme weather (you know, the rain that seems to come in horizontally) keep them cosy and dry. If I have to be critical the only thing I would change are the elasticated leg straps but that is just my preference.

I have used Swish for years now. They’re rugs are generous in size and have always fitted my little pony well. The denier on them is extremely good and are actually waterproof, coming in different weights perfect for any breed of horse or pony. Not to mention the snazzy colours they come in! 10/10 from me

Needed another turnout for my daughters cob ready for the upcoming cold snap
We love both the stable rugs we have and they our boy perfect around his withers
So of course we NEEDED to get a swish turnout to complete the set
It’s super lovely fabric, waterproof and keeps our boy toasty
Plus he stands out in the field with the bright and reflective bits !!

Ordered 2 rugs from swish which arrived the next day!! The fit was great and kept both horses dry in the rain last night. Really happy with the service. Will defo be buying from them again 👍
