Martins kept me updated via WhatsApp with detailed price assessments and regular progress updates. The communication was clear, and the work was completed on time. Fantastic refurb on my very worn rolex bracelet, from start to finish an excellent service ,even met the man who did my repair ,and he put the watch back together for ne in the shop ,will definitely reccomend there service ,over and over again .... .

I contacted swiss refurb, because in my country every service stated that my rolex jubilee bracelet was too damged for repairment. Martins took a look and said that he was able to repair it. My bracelet was so damaged that he had to rebuild more than 50 link but he made it and now looks like new. I can strongly recommend swiss refurb, contact with Martins was perfect during process of rebuilding bracelet, he kept me updated all the time. I am really thankful to Martins for job he made
