Swisstours Transport Avis 

I strongly advise against booking with Swisstours. Following a death in my family, I was forced to cancel my trip.
Despite providing official documentation and facing tragic circumstances beyond my control, the company flatly refused to make any commercial gesture: no refund, and even worse, not even a credit note to reschedule the trip. Their customer service strictly enforces their policies with zero empathy.
If you are looking for reliability and a basic level of human consideration during unexpected life emergencies, I highly recommend booking with French companies instead, as they are far more understanding and attentive in these situations. A very disappointing experience.

Got tickets from chamonix to Geneva. Completely unorganized loading process. Have to unload luggage from bus to wait for another bus while reserved tickets in advance. Don’t recommend.

Today I have a terrible situation with a bus driver. We arrive at the stop 5 minutes before departure, but the bus driver turns us down and says that the bus is full and we need to wait for another one, which should arrive in 5 minutes. We waited for 1 hour, and then realized that we had been deceived! And the strangest thing is that we saw that there were a lot of empty seats on the bus, but it simply didn’t let us in and didn’t close the door in front of us!

I'm writing this review of behalf of my parents.

My parents came to visit me in September and booked a return bus from Geneva to Chamonix. They arrived to the bus just before it was leaving and showed their tickets to the driver. He was very dismissive and rude and told them the bus was full and it wasn't his problem. They argued that they had their tickets booked and their seats should be reserved but the driver had obviously sold them to other passengers. They weren't the only ones who had booked tickets and not got their seats, there were about 8 passengers in total.

In the end they had to book with Aply Transfers and paid over double the price of the original bus ticket.

The real problem and disappointment comes after. My parents made a complaint to the company on the day and for the following couple of weeks went back and forth with Swiss Tours customer service. They sent proof of booking the new bus tickets and had photos of the bus and driver who wouldn't let them on. Swiss Tours refused to refund them for this journey, saying that they took the bus.

This is extremely disappointing and incompetent on multiple levels from Swiss Tours. It is of no way to run a business. So if you're thinking about booking with them be warned that your reserved seat very well might not be reserved and they will take no responsibility or give you a refund. There are better options.

Over booked - no service-no customer service 😒
Booked this service from Geneva Airport to Chaminox - on arrival the bus was full and the driver took off without passengers with tickets as they had oversold tickets. Contacted the office who would not deal with the issue and refund request despite having forwarded all the evidence. No customer service with this company. Beware!

I booked the tickets before reading of many bad reviews on trustpilot, I have to say I was quite stressed that I would loose my coincidence in Geneve. However, both bus I took were spot on time and seats with a lot of leg room and very comfortable. Nothing wrong to notice, I guess sometimes bad weather may disrupt journeys but mine went flawlessly.

Bus back to Geneva city centre from Chamonix,1st bus arrived and met by a rude driver saying aeroport only,2nd bus turns up 5 minutes later and only excursion people let on,chaos infused with people getting annoyed while drivers were trying to work out what to do ,seems one driver didn't want to go to the city centre,eventually everyone split between the 2 buses and both went back to the city centre,this chaos and rude driver could of been avoided,spoilt an amazing day at chamonix ,a warning to fellow travellers do not use these cowboys avoid at all cost.

On time and high quality bus. Booking confirmation was not sent out so had to call them to receive this. Unable to login to my account after booking which was worrying but everything worked great

Shocking experience. They over booked a 1hr trip bus to the airport by almost another full bus of people. There was no explanation to when the next bus would arrive (just a guess of 10-20 minutes). The next bus came 40 minutes later. This is shocking for a bus taking people to catch flights.

I’d never use this company again.

I left my phone money and cards on bus from Geneva Airport to Chamonix.My life a call to the office in Geneva and all items including the cash were back in my hand the next morning, delivered to Chamonix I know this should happen but when it does its a big bonus, thank you Swiss tours

We went from geneva airport to chamonix…
We went from geneva airport to chamonix and back, and experienced big differences in prices, employees not taking responsability, long delays, and even a full bus, dispite having bought ticket 1 hour beforehand. So we had to wait 3 hours. No excuses, no refund. Do not use swisstours or cham transfers.
