Very quick response and sorted problems…

Very quick response and sorted problems immediately.
We’ll worth the money, not necessarily for the saving but in dealing with the ridiculous number of companies trying to sell what amounts to the same stuff!

There is an impenetrable barrier - I can't log into my new energy supplier…

I can't log into my new energy supplier as Switched don't even use my email and they haven't given me my account number
It's a painful process of having to go through Switchd to access my account.
I've given up and no real person to speak to on the phone. this happened a few years ago very painful process with multiple passwords. The Switchd password also seems to fail. The subsequent customer services are non existent - pretty futile /robotic!
Please Switched give me a person to speak to !!!! so i can find out my account number with my supplier - been on hold now for 30 minutes - and trying to do this for an hour - what a waste of time going round in loops - my customer number with you is xxxxx - please please give me a call !!!!!!!
